제1도는 배기밸브와 제어장치의 회로도를 함께 도시한 작동 실린더의 상부의 수직단면도, 제2도는 제어장치의 4/2방 밸브의 측단면도, 제3도는 제어장치의 파일롯밸브의 측단면도, 제4도는 제3도의 상태에서 90°회전한 파일롯밸브의 상부의 측단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 폐쇄부재로부터 떨어져 있는 배기밸브단부는 서보실린더내에서 안내되는 서보피스톤에 의해 작동할 수 있도록 연결되고, 엔진의 작동사이클중에 유체압력매체에 의하여 밸브를 개방하는 방향으로 작동하고, 상기 압력매체는 압력매체원으로부터 압력매체도관을 통하여 서보실린더로 공급되는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치에 있어서, 4/2방 밸브와, 전자석에 의하여 작동하는 파일롯밸브는 압력매체원과 서보실린더 사이에 설치되고, 전자석이 스위치온될때 파일롯밸브는 폐쇄위치로 되어, 4/2방 밸브의 가동부분은 배기밸브 서보피스톤이 압력매체에 의해 부하가 해제되는 위치로 되고, 전자석이 스위치오프될 때 파일롯밸브는 개방위치로 되고, 4/2방 밸브의 가동부분은 배기밸브 서보피스톤이 압력매체에 의해 부하를 받게되는 위치로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압력매체원은 압력매체를 압력하에서 저장하는 어큐뮬레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전자석의 아마추어는 이것의 양단부를 연결하는 최소한 하나의 유로를 포함하며, 이 유로의 파일롯 밸브로 향하는 단부는 파일롯밸브 유출챔버로 연결되고, 파일롯밸브로부터 떨어져 있는 유로의 타단부는 덕트를 통하여 파일롯밸브 유출측과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 덕트는 전자석 하우징 내부에 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 유출챔버와 파일롯밸브의 유출측 사이에 리스트릭터가 접속되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력매체는 4/2방 밸브의 가동부분을 통하여 파일롯밸브로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 4/2방 밸브의 가동부분은 압력매체원과 서보실린더 사이를 접속시키고, 서보실린더와 유출관 사이의 접속을 차단한 후에 작동하게 되는 제동시스템을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 4/2방 밸브의 가동부분은 서보실린더와 유출관 사이를 접속시키고, 압력매체원과 서보실린더 사이의 접속을 차단한 후에 작동하게 되는 제동수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배기밸브는 이 배기밸브가 폐쇄되도록 배기밸브에 작동하는 유체 스프링과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동 내연기관의 배기밸브제어장치.
