과제
연소실에 직접 연료를 분사할 수 있고, 사용조건이 과혹한 모형용 엔진에 있어서 연료를 안정적으로 공급한다.
해결수단
케이싱체(31)내의 솔레노이드코일(32)은 공기유지공간(35)을 갖는 자심(34)을 구비한다. 케이싱체(31)내에서 이동가능한 밸브체(50)는 판스프링(54)으로 가세되어 연료분사구(43)를 폐쇄한다. 연료공급로(55)에서 공급된 연료는 케이싱체내의 연료유지공간(56)에 유지된다. 공기유지공간(35)은 공기제어밸브(39)가 폐쇄한다.연료분사구(43)에는 역지밸브(47)가 있다. 밸브체(50)에 고정된 공기관(60)은 공기제어밸브(39)와 역지밸브(47) 사이에 배치된다. 공기유지공간에는 공기압이 공급된다. 코일에 통전하여 밸브체(50)가 좌로 이동하면 연료분사구(43)가 개방되고, 동시에 공기관(60)의 이동에 의해 공기제어밸브(39)가 개방된다. 공기관에서 분사노즐(46)을 향하여 분사되는 공기에 의해 연료는 미세한 안개모양이 되어 연소실내로 분사된다. 역지밸브(47)가 있기 때문에 연소실내의 고압에 의한 연료역류의 염려는 없다.

제1도는 본 발명 실시형태의 제1예에 있어서의 연료분사장치를 사용한 엔진의 개략 구성도.
제2도는 본 발명 실시형태의 제1예에 있어서의 연료분사장치 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명 실시형태의 제1예에 있어서의 엔진의 작동과 크랭크실의 압력변동과, 연료분사장치 작동의 각 타이밍 표시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 공급된 연료를 연료분사구에서 연소실에 분사하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치에 있어서, 상기 연료분사구에 연료의 역류를 방지하는 역류방지수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역류방지수단이 상기 연료분사구 외측에 맞닿는 밸브체와 그 밸브체를 상기 연료분사구 외측에 압착시키는 가세수단을 구비한 역지밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치.
  3. 공급된 연료를 연료분사구에서 연소실에 분사하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치에 있어서, 케이싱체와, 상기 케이싱체내에 설치된 연료유지공간과, 상기 케이싱체내의 연료유지공간으로 연료를 인도하는 연료공급로와, 상기 케이싱체에 설치되어 상기 연료유지공간에 연통하는 연료분사구와, 상기 케이싱체 내부에 설치된 솔레노이드코일과, 상기 솔레노이드코일 내부에 설치된 자심과, 상기 케이싱체 내부에 설치된 상기 솔레노이드코일에의 통전에 의해 상기 자심에 자착하여 상기 연료분사구를 개방하는 밸브체와, 상기 연료분사구가 폐쇄되는 방향으로 상기 밸브체를 가세하는 가세수단과, 상기 분사구에서 상기 케이싱체 내부로 연료가 역류하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 상기 연료분사구에 설치된 역지밸브를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱체내에 설치되어 상기 케이싱체 밖에서 공급된 가압된 공기를 유지하는 공기유지공간과, 상기 밸브체에 고정되어 상기 공기유지공간과 상기 연료분사구를 연통하는 공기관과, 상기 밸브체가 상기 연료분사구를 폐쇄하고 있을 때는 상기 공기유지공간과 상기 공기관을 차단하고, 상기 밸브체가 상기 연료분사구를 개방하고 있을 때는 상기 공기유지공간과 상기 공기관을 연통시키는 공기제어밸브를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모형용 엔진의 연료분사장치.
