Claims (7)

  1. 적어도 스티렌의 부분적인 중합이 일어나도록 하는 중합 조건 하에서, 배위형 중합방법으로 배위촉매와 스티렌을 함유하는 단량체기류를 접촉시킴으로 스티렌계 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 실제적인 스티렌의 수소화반응없이 페닐아세틸렌 전체를 수소화시키는 수소화반응조건 하에서 스태렌을 함유하는 단량체기류와 페닐아세틸렌 오염량을 수소화제로 접촉시키고 이어서 단량체 기류를 배위중합촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수소화반응이 20℃-45℃의 온도범위에서 수소화제 존재하에 단량체기류와 귀금속이나 환원구리 촉매를 접촉시켜 처리하는 것인 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수소화제가 수소기체인 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도가 22℃-30℃인 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배위촉매가 금속-O, 금속-C, 금속-N, 금속-P, 금속-S 혹은 금속-할로겐결합을 적어도 하나 포함하는 전이 금속화합물과, 알루미늄원자에 부착되거나 두 개의 알루미늄원자 사이에 위치하는 산소원자를 적어도 하나 포함하는 유기 알루미늄 화합물인 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배위 촉매가 시클로펜타디에닐티탄 트리이소프로폭시드와 메틸알루민옥산인 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스티렌계 단량체와 스티렌 이외의 1종 이상의 올레핀계 단량체들의 혼합물을 중합하는 스티렌계 단량체의 배위중합공정.
