연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷 및 그 제조방법

제3도는 제2도에 도시된 블랭킷의 평면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 형성된 웨브로부터 물을 압압하기 위해 슈와 그에 연동하는 백킹 로울에 의해 형성된 연장된 닙을 통해 뻗은 베어링 블랭킷에 있어서, 웨브 측면과 슈 측면을 형성하는 제직 기본 직물과, 상기 기본 직물의 상기 웨브 측면에 도포되어, 상기 기본직물을 통해 우페탄층이 관통하여, 상기 우레탄층이 경화되는 경우, 상기 우레탄층이 웨브면과 슈면을 형성하는 단일의 액체 불침투성 우레탄층으로 이루어지며, 상기 웨브면은 상기 웨브 측면에 상대적으로 간격져 있고, 상기 웨브면은 연장된 닙에서 떨어진 웨브로부터 압압된 물을 이송하는 복수의 분출 수단을 형성하고, 상기 슈면은 상기 기본 직물의 상기 슈측면과 공통 평면으로, 상기 슈면이 슈에 상대적으로 연동해서 움직이기 위해 비교적 원활한 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 직물은 나일론 모노필라멘트로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄층은 쇼어 A정도 눈금의 범위 85∼100내의 경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 분출 수단은 복수의 평행하게 간격지 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 가공방향으로 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 가공 방향에 상대적으로 대각선으로 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 홈 각각은 0.125-0.51cm(0.05∼0.2인치) 범위내의 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 홈 각각은 0.05∼0.11cm(0.02∼0.04인치) 범위내의 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 홈들은 2.54cm(1인치)당 6∼10개의 홈내에 서로 상대적으로 간격진 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 베어링 블랭킷의 각각의 측면 엣지에 인접해서 설치된 상기 복수의 평행하게 간격진 홈들은, 블랭킷의 다평면 굽힘동안 응력이 블랭킷에 인가되는 반면, 연장된 닙을 통해 뻗는 것은 감소되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 분출 수단은 웨브로부터 압압된 몰의 내부 수용을 위한 복수의 간격진 블라인드 드릴 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슈면이 비교적 원활하므로서, 상기 제직 기본 직물은 원활한 맨드릴에 도포되고, 상기 우레탄층은 상기 맨드릴의 원활한 외원통면과 상기 슈면이 대응하도록 상기 기본 직물을 통해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙 프레스용 베어링 블랭킷.
  13. 베어링 블랭킷을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 원활한 원통 표면 둘레에 기본 직물을 싸고, 단일의 우레탄층의 슈면이 비교적 원활하고 기본 직물의 슈측면과 공통 평면인 반면, 단일의 층의 웨브면이 기본 직물의 웨브 측면에 상대적으로 간격지도록 기본 직물을 통해 우레탄 층에 압력을 인가하고, 베어링 블랭킷의 사용시, 연장된 닙 플레스를 분출하는 단일층의 웨브면에 홈을 파는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 블랭킷의 제조방법.
