Claims (19)
- a)소수성 계면활성제가; 블록 공중합체의 친수성 부분이 블록공중합체 중량의 5-45%되는 만큼의 최소한 하나의 친수성 사슬과 소수성 사슬로 구성되며 분자량이 5000-150,000인 블록공중합체이고; b)친수성 계면활성제의 분자량이 최소한 2000이고 친수성 계면활성제의 친수성 부분이 이 중량의 40-90%되도록 하는 양 만큼인 최소한 하나의 친수성 사슬로 구성된;공극 경계의 내면안에 있는 소수성 계면활성제와 입자 표면 밖에 있는 친수성 계면활성제로 이루어진, 최소한 하나의 공극을 갖는 소수성 중합체 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 계면활성제의 분자량이 10,000-40,000인 입자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소수성 계면활성제가 10-40wt%/의 친수성 사슬로 구성된 입자.
- 제1항부터 제3항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성 계면활성제가 1-3개의 친수성 사슬로 구성된 입자.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 계면활성제의 분자량이 3000-75,000인 입자.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 계면활성제가 50-80wt%의 친수성 사슬로 구성된 입자.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 친수성 계면활성제가 1-3개의 친수성 사슬로 구성된 입자.
- 제1항부터 제5항까지중 어느 한 항의 소수성 계면활성제가 함유되어있는 물과 섞이지 않는 소수성 단량체에 물을 분산시키고 이렇게 하여 만들어진 분산물을 제1,5,6 또는 7항중 어느 한 항의 친수성 게면활성제가 함유되어 있는 부가량의 물에 다시 분산시켜 단량체를 중합시키는 것으로 구성된 제1항의 입자의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단량체에 분산된 물방울에 물과는 섞이지만 소수성 중합체를 팽윤시키지 않는 비전해질 또는 전해질인 용질이 함유된 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전해질이 산인 방법.
- 제8항 부터 제10항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가량의 물에 농후제가 함유되어 있는 방법.
- 제8항부터 제11항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단량체에 0.5-15wt%(단량체 기준)의 소수성 게면활성제가 함유되어있는 방법.
- 제8항부터 제12항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가량의 물에 0.1-10wt% 친수성 계면활성제가 함유되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항부터 제7항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수평균 입자 크기가 0.3-100㎛인 제8항부터 제13항중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 입자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 입자의 수 평균 입자 크기가 0.5~50㎛인 입자.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 수 평균 입자 크기가 10㎛미만인 입자.
- 제14항부터 제16항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수 평균 직경이 0.1-10㎛인 공극을 갖는 입자.
- 제8항부터 제13항까지중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 제1항부터 제7항, 제14항부터 제17항까지중 어느 한 항의 입자가 함유된 피복조성물, 플라스틱, 화장품, 종이 또는 가죽 조성물.
- 제8항부터 제13항까지중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조한 제1항부터 7항, 제14항부터 17항까지중 어느 한 항의 입자를 이산하티타늄 또는 이와 유사한 불투명화제 또는 무광택제 대신 최소한 부분적으로 대체하여 조성물에 사용하기 위한 입자의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
