제1도는 본 발명에 관한 차체조립방법의 일예가 실시되는 차체조립라인의 요부를 도시한 개략평면도,
제2도는 본 발명에 관한 차체조립방법의 일예의 실시에 사용되는 로보트의 요부와 용접건과의 개합상태를 도시한 측면도,
제3도 (A) 및 (B)는 본 발명에 관한 차체조립방법의 일예의 실시에 사용되는 패널지지구의 평면도 및 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)과 이 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)에 이어지는 제2작업스테이션(ST2′)과의 사이에 배치되고, 차체패널(22)에 소정의 가공을 실시하기 위한 가공구(23)와 차체패널(22)을 지지하기 위한 지지구(25)와의 각각이 착탈가능하게 된 로보트(20)에, 상기 가공구(23)가 장착되어서 제1차체패널(22)에 대한 상기 소정의 가공을 행하는 상태를 취하게 한후, 상기 가공구(23) 대신에 상기 지지구(25)가 장착되고, 상기 제1차채패널(22)을 지지해서 이 제 1차체패널(22)을 상기 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)에 반입하도록 반송하는 동시에, 상기 지지구(25)를 상기 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)에 반입되는 상기 제1차체패널(22)에 계합한 상태에서 이탈시키는 상태를 취하게 하고, 또한, 상기 로보트(20)에 재차 상기 가공구(23)가 장착되어서 제2차체패널(22)에 대한 상기 소정의 가공을 행하게 한 후, 상기 가공구(23) 대신에 상기 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)에서의 소정의 작업이 종료한 상기 제1차체패널(22)에 계합한 상기 지지구(25)가 장착되고, 상기 제1작업스테이션(ST1′)에서의 소정의 작업이 종료한 상기 제1차체패널(22)을 지지해서 상기 제1차체패널(22)을 상기 제2작업스테이션(ST2′)에 반입하도록 반송하는 동시에, 상기 지지구(25)의 상기 제2작업스테이션(ST2′)에 반입되는 상기 제1차체패널(22)에 대한 계합상태를 해제시키는 상태를 취하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차체조립방법.
