Claims (3)
- 전기적으로 절연한 상태에서 제어회로로 부터의 제어신호를 출력 측에 전달하는 포토 커플러와, 부하 구동용 트랜지스터와, 상기 부하 구동용 트랜지스터를 구동하기 위한 전력을 부하측 전원에 공급하기 위한 전원 안정화 회로를 갖는 출력 회로에 있어서, 상기 전원 안정화 회로가 저전압 검출회로와 입출력간 단락회로를 포함하는 것과, 상기 전원 안정화 회로의 입력 전압이 미리 정하여진 전압보다 낮다는 것이 상기 저전압 검출회로에 의해 검출되었을 때에는 상기 입출력간 단락회로가 도통하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 출력회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입출력간 단락회로가 상기 전원 안정화 회로의 압력과 출력을 단락할 수 있도록 하여 설치된 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 출력회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부하측에 접속되는 직류전원의 전압이 5V∼48V의 범위에서 상기 부하 구동용 트랜지스터를 확실하게 동작시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 출력회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
