Claims (27)

  1. 병, 튜우브용기와 이에 유사한 용기용으로서 회전형 케이싱을 갖는 캡에 있어서, 케이싱(5)이 용기(1)에 회전가능하게 착설되고, 케이싱이 축방향으로 미끄럼운동하는 것을 방지하기 위한 수단(4)이 제공되어 있으며, 상기 케이싱이 미끄럼운동수단에 의하여 나팔관(11)에 연결되고, 이 나팔관(11) 자체는 나선운동수단(10)에 의하여 외장체(8)나 용기(1)의 병목에 연결되며, 상기 나판관(11)에는 용기에 연결된 스토파를 수용하기 위하여 개방부를 형성하는 벽을 갖는 협소관부가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 용기용 캡.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나팔관(11)이 케이싱(5)의 회전에 의하여 나선운동중에 통로의 연속성이 부여되도록 하는 유체누설방지용 스커어트(19)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  3. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 병목(2)과 나팔관(11) 사이의 연결이 이루어지도록 하는 나선운동수단(10)이 나팔관에 형성되어 나선형요구(9)에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 돌출부(10)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  4. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 나선형 요구(9)가 병목(2)에 삽입되거나 나선결합되어 이 병목에 대하여 회전이 방지되는 외장체(8)에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  5. 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 외장체(8)가 케이싱(5)의 내측에 형성된 리브(6)에의하여 용기의 상측부에 접촉하고 적어도 하나의 키(13)와 함께 케이싱(5)을 나팔관(11)에 연결하기 위한 수단을 형성하는 칼라(7)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  6. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 외장체(8)가 리브(14)와 요구(15)에 의하여 용기(1)에 대해 회전이 방지됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  7. 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 외장체(8)에 나팔관의 협소관부(21)과 영구적인 통로를 형성하도록 용기의 병목(2)에 결합되는 하측링(17)과, 나팔관(11)의 스커어트(19)와 미끄럼운동하에 접촉하는 상측링(18)이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  8. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 외장체(8)가 튜우브용기 또는 변형의 용기의 병목에 직접형성됨을 특징으로하는 캡.
  9. 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 나팔관의 협소관부(21)의 벽(26)에 협동하는 스토파(25)가 외장체(8)의 상측링(18)에 형성된 박판체(24)에 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  10. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나팔관(11)의 측부에 적어도 하나의 슬로트(12)가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  11. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱이 회전되어 나팔관의 협소관부(21)를 폐쇄할 때에 케이싱(5)이 회전되지 않도록 하는 외장체(8)의 유연성 탄편(29)과 협동하도록 적어도 하나의 스토파(28)가 나팔관(11)의 내측에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  12. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나팔관(11)의 협소관부(21)가 케이싱(5)의 상측부(5a)에 형성된 가스킷트(22)에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  13. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 케이싱(5)에 이를 둘러싸고 용기의 형태에 일치하는 형태를 갖는 덮개(30)가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  14. 첨구범위 1항에 있어서, 케이싱이 외장체(8)에 형성된 디스크(8a)상에 회전가능하게 착설되고, 상기 외장체는 용기(1)의 나선부(32)에 나선결합되는 내부나선(31)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  15. 청구범위 14항에 있어서, 외장체의 디스크(8a)에 링(33)이 연장되고 이에 케이싱(5)이 회전가능하게 착설되며, 상기 링(33)에는 캡과 용기(1)사이의 밀봉부를 형성하는 파손형 링(34)이 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  16. 청구범위 15항에 있어서, 천공장치(35)가 외장체(8)에 형성되어 있고, 이 천공장치(35)는 파손형 링(34)이 제거되지 않는 한, 그리고 외장체(8)가 상기 병목(2)의 나선부에 완전히 나선결합되지 않는 한 용기병목(2)의 밀봉필름(36)상에 놓여 있음을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  17. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 커어버(37)가 전체 캡을 둘러싸도록 용기상에 형성되고 거칠게 되어 있는 케이싱(5)의 주면에 접근할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 통공(38)을 가지며, 또한 상기 커어버(37)가 나팔관(11)의 협소관부(21)가 지날 수 있는 적어도 하나의 통공(39)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  18. 청구범위 17항에 있어서, 협소관부(21)의 상측부에 수개의 개방부(26)가 형성되어 있고 유연성 재질로 되어 있는 수개의 스토파(25)가 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  19. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 스토파가 주출구(44)를 갖는 주출구 연결편(43), 밸브 또는 펌프(49a), 중공형코아(51)와, 상기 나팔관(11)의 내측에 부분적으로 삽입될 수 있는 다른 주출수단으로 구성되는 부분에 의하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  20. 청구범위 1항 또는 19항에 있어서, 스토파가 측방향 개방부를 갖는 주출구(44)가 형성된 연결편(43)으로 구성되는 나팔관에 의하여 형성되고, 상기 나팔관은 케이싱(5)의 슬리이브(45)내에 착설되는 원통형 분(43a)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  21. 청구범위 20항에 있어서, 케이싱(5)의 슬리이브(45)가 나팔관(11)의 측부개방형 주출구(44a)의 밀폐부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  22. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나판관(11)의 내측벽이 평활하고 스토파(49a)를 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 스토파에는 나팔관(11)으로 둘러싸고 헤드(49)에 의하여 제어되는 분사 또는 분무펌프나 밸브가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  23. 청구범위 22항에 있어서, 나팔관(11)이 스토파의 헤드(49)에 노즐(50)이 삽입되는 요구(51)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  24. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나팔관의 스토파에는 케이싱(5)의 슬리이브(45a)에 대향되고 케이싱의 상기 슬리이브(45a)의 요구(53)에 대향된 적어도 하나의 통공(52)이 형성되어 이 통공(52)과 개방부(54)가 연결되거나 개방부(54)측으로 연장된 제2통공(52a)과 연결되게 함을 특징으로 하는 캡.

  26. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 외장체(8a,8b)가 용기의 병목(2)의 연장부와 이 병목에 구성된 일부분을 이루어 이에 축방향과 회전 방향으로의 이동없이 견고히 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 캡.
  27. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 나팔관의 나선 운동수단이 나팔관의 주변에 형성된 요구(9)로 구성되고 이 요구가 상기 나팔관이 회전되지 않고 나팔관을 축방향으로 안내하도록 나팔관의 리브-요부구성부(48)와 협동하는 리브-요구구성부(48a)가 구성되어 있는 병목(2)에 회전가능하게 착설된 케이싱(5)의 내측벽에 형성된 적어도 하나의 돌출부(10)와 결합함을 특징으로 하는 캡.
