Claims (23)

  1. 아밀라아제성물질과 더불어 고농도 루틴을 함유하는 고루틴함량 액체에 당류 전달효소를 작용시켜 알파-글리코실루틴을 생성시키고, 이 알파-글리코실 루틴을 회수하는 알파-글리코실 루틴 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고농도 루틴이 현탁액중에 함유된 것인 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고농도루틴은 루틴을 알칼리성 pH에서 용해시키던지 또는 루틴을 수용성 유기용매에 용해시켜 제조되는 용액인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 루틴의 농도가 최소한 0.5w/v%인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매와 더불어 고농도 루틴과 아밀라아제성물질과 함유하는 고루틴농도 수용액에 당류전달 효소를 작용시켜 알파-글리코실루틴을 생성시키고, 유기 용매의 농도를 감소시키며, 알파-글리코실 루틴을 정제한 후, 알파-글리코실 루틴을 회수하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 아밀라아제성물질과 더불어 루틴을 함유하는 용액에다 당류 전달효소를 작용시키고, 생성된 혼합물에 아밀라아제를 작용시켜 알파-글리코실 루틴 및/또는 알파-말토실 루틴을 생성시킨 후, 알파-글루코실루틴 및/또는 알파-말토실루틴을 회수하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 아밀라아제성물질과 더불어 루틴을 함유하는 용액에 당류 전달효소를 작용시키고, 생성된 혼합물에 아밀라아제를 작용시켜 알파-글루코실 및/또는 알파-말토실루틴을 생성시키며, 생성된 혼합물용액을 합성 거대망상수지와 접촉시켜 정제한 후, 알파-글루코실 루틴 및/또는 알파-말토실루틴을 회수하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 당류 전달효소가 알파-글루코시다아제, 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트란스퍼라아제 및 알파-아밀라아제로 된 무리중에서 선택되는 제조 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 아밀라아제성 물질이 말토올리고당류, 전분 부분가수분해물, 액화전분 및 젤라틴화 전분으로 된 무리중에서 선택되는 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 루틴의 종도가 아밀라아제성 물질의 농도보다 약 0.5배∼50배나 큰 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, pH3∼10의 범위 및 온도 10∼90℃의 범위에서 고루틴 함량 액체에 당류전달 효소를 작용시키는 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실루틴이 알파-글루코실루틴인 제조방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 유기용매가 수용성 유기용매인 제조방법.
  14. 아밀라아제성물질과 더불어 고농도 루틴을 함유하는 고루틴 함량액체에 당류 전달효소를 작용시켜 알파-글리코실 루틴을 생성시키고, 이 알파- 글리코실 루틴을회수한 후, 알파-글리코실 루틴을 식품과 기호음료수에 첨가하는 식품 및 기호음료 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 루틴의 첨가량이 최소한 0.001w/w%인 제조방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 루틴이 알파-글루코실 루틴인 제조방법.
  17. 아밀라아제성 물질과 더불어 고농도 루틴을 함유하는 고루틴 함량액체에 당류 전달효소를 작용시켜 알파-글리코실을 생성시키고, 이 알파-글리코실 루틴을 회수한 후, 알파-글리코실루틴을 유효첨가 성분으로 첨가하는 각종 질환용 의약 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 루틴이 알파-글루코실 루틴인 제조방법.
  19. 아밀라아제성 물질과 더불어 고농도 루틴을 함유하는 고루틴 농도액체에 당류 전달효소를 작용시켜, 알파-글리코실 루틴을 생성시키고, 이 알파-글리코실 루틴을 회수한 후, 알파-글리코실 루틴을 유효첨가 성분으로 첨가하는 화장품 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 알파 글리코실 루틴의 첨가량이 최소한 0.001w/v%인 제조방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 루틴이 알파-글루코실 루틴인 제조방법.
  22. 알파-글리코실 루틴을 유효 첨가성분으로 첨가하는 산화방지제 제조방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 알파-글리코실 루틴이 알파-글루코실루틴인 제조방법.
