Claims (4)
- 본래의 형상과 상이한 형상을 가지며 증가된 크기의 날개깃 지지 구간(11)을 제공하는 개선된 디스크(8)를 제작하기 위해, 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상 외부로 돌출하는 최소한 하나의 부분을 가지며 본래의 형상을 가지며 터빈 회전자(2)와 일체로된, 본래의 날개깃 지지 디스크(8)를 개선하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상 외부로 돌출하는 본래의 디스크(8)의 각기 부분(14, 16)은 제거되며, 상기의 본래의 디스크(8)에는 본래의 디스크(8)의 형상의 모든 위치들(14, 20)에서 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상의 범위를 넘어 용접 금속이 형성되어 상기의 가공단계후에 상기 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상으로 둘러 싸지며, 용접 금속의 과도한 부분들은 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상을 제공하도록 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 회전자 날개깃 지지 디스크의 개선 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개선된 디스크(8)는 날개깃 지지 베이스(11)를 가지며, 본래의 디스크는 베이스(11)의 전체단면을 포함하도록 형성되어 새로운 베이스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 회전자 날개깃 지지 디스크의 개선 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 재료를 형성하는 상기 단계들은 가스 텅스텐 아크 용접 공정에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터빈 회전자 날개깃 지지 디스크의 개선 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 형성 단계는 최소한 하나의 위치에 많은 양의 용접 금속을 제공하는 것을 포함하며, 많은 양의 용접 금속의 대부분을 제공하기 위해서는 최소한 잠수아크 혹은 가스 금속 아크 용접 공정을 실시하고 개선된 디스크(8)의 형상의 위치에 금속을 공급하기위해서는 가스 텅스텐 아크용접 공정을 실시하는 것에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 터빈 회전자 날개깃 지지 디스크의 개선 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
