Abstract
"REPARO DO TOPO DE UMA PALHETA DE TURBINA A GáS SEM O RECOLHIMENTO DO TOPO DE PALHETA REPARADO". é fornecida uma palheta (40) de turbina a gás danificada, a qual tenha estado previamente em uso e a qual é feita de um metal de base. Qualquer material danificado é removido do topo de palheta (50) danificado. O topo de palheta (50) danificado é reparado por soldagem com uma liga de reparo 'superalloy' a base de níquel, a qual é mais resistente à oxidação que o metal de base no ambiente operacional da palheta de turbina a gás (60). O método não inclui qualquer etapa de recobrimento da superfície lateral (80) do topo de palheta (62) reparado com uma camada não cerâmica após a etapa de reparo por soldagem.
