제3도는 제1도의 선Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 확대한 부분 단면도로 바닥지지체의 일부분이 인서트에 인접하여 있는 것을 보이는 도면.

Claims (9)

  1. 몸체가 일반적으로 다각형형상이고, 상부면(11), 반대측 바닥면(12)과, 전술한 상부와 하부면(11,12)을 교차하여 전술한 몸체의 컷팅코너(21)까지 연장하는 절삭변부(17-20,17'-20')를 정의하는 적어도 하나의 측면(13-16)을 포함하고, 전술한 상부와 하부면 각각이 중앙으로 함입된 부분(22)을 가지는 칩절삭가공용 이중-면 절삭인서트에 있어서, 전술한 절삭변부(17-20,17'-20')의 적어도 한부분이 결합된 지지체와 칩면(24,23',24')에 직접 혹은 간접으로 인접하고, 전술한 결합된 지지체와 칩면이 인접컷팅코너(21)의 이등분선(B)의 양측에서 적어도 부분적으로 연장함을 특징으로 하는 이중-면 절삭인서트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결합된 지지체와 칩면(24)이 각 컷팅 코너(21) 주위의 영역에 한정된 연장부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결합된 지지체와 칩면이 인서트의 주변을 따라 연장부를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 베벨면(26,26')이 절삭변부(17-20 ; 17'-21')와 결합된 지지체와 칩면(24 ; 23',24')과 인접하고, 내분각이 전술한 베벨면과 인접지지체와 칩면사이에 형성되도록 베벨링됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  5. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체와 칩면(24,23',24')이 측부표면(13-16)으로부터 수직으로 배향됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 베벨면(26,26')이 전술한 코너로부터 일정거리의 한위치에서보다 컷팅코너(21)에서 더얇음을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  7. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 함입부(27)가 각 컷팅코너(21)에서 지지체와 칩면(24,23',24')에 구비되고, 전술한 지지 및 칩면이 중앙구멍에 인접한 하부로 내부로 경사진 부분(22)에 내부로 인접함을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  8. 제1항 혹은 제2항에 있어서, 절삭변부(17-20)가 두인접 컷팅코너(21)사이에서 주로 오목한 형상임을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
  9. 전술한 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 인서트(10,10')이 마름모꼴의 기본형상이고 세라믹재료로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 절삭인서트.
