Abstract

本发明涉及切削机床(主要是车床)使用的刀片。刀片(10)为正多边形体,每个切削角上有支承和卷屑两用面(24)。面(24)通过环绕刀片延伸的斜面(26)与相邻切削刃相连。为了避免刀片破裂损坏,支承和卷屑两用面(24)紧靠着切削刃设置。

Description

本发明涉及切削机床使用的一种双面刀片,其基本形状是多边形体,它具有形成前刀面的上面和下面,这两面基本是一样的,还具有与所述上、下面相交的形成切削刃的侧面,两个所述侧面相交于切削角,所述上、下面各有一中央凹陷。
美国专利4,312,250号中公开了一种切削机床使用的双面刀片,它的上、下面各有一中央凸起部分,当将刀片放在底部支承上时用做面积足够大的支承面。下面上的切削刃及与其相邻的卷屑面离开底部支承一段距离,因而当承受大的拉力时刀片易于损坏。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种在机加工中强度尽可能高的双面刀片。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种设有许多切削刃的刀片。
按照本发明的切削机床使用的双面刀片,其基本形状是一多边形体,具有一上面和一下面以及至少一个与所述上、下面相交形成伸向刀片切削角的切削刃的侧面,所述上、下面各有一中央凹陷部分,其特征在于:所述切削刃的至少一部分直接或间接与一支承和卷屑两用面毗连,所述支承和卷屑两用面至少部分地在相邻切削解的平分 线的两侧延伸。
现对照以下附图详细描述本发明:
图1是按照本发明的刀片的平面图;
图2是图1所示刀片的侧视图;
图3是沿图1中Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖视图的局部放大图,图中画出了刀片底部支承的一部分;
图4是沿图1中Ⅳ-Ⅳ线剖视图的局部放大图,图中画出了刀片底部支承的一部分;
图5是图1所示刀片的立体图;
图6和7分别是本发明刀片另一实施例的平面图和侧视图。
图1-5所示为按照本发明的刀片10,它最好用做车床上使用 的刀具。刀片10用陶瓷材料,硬质合金或类似材料制造。刀片10的基本形状为一多边形体,本实施例为一菱形柱体,有一夹紧用的中心孔。刀片10具有形状基本一样的上面11和下面12。上、下面11、12与连续延伸的侧面13-16相交形成沿上、下面11和12的切削刃17-20。侧面13-16在倒圆的切削角21处相互接合。切削角的平分线为B。上、下面都有一中央凹陷22,从卷屑面23以及从其角部24以α角向下向内倾斜。α角的选择范围是0.5°-8°。每个卷屑面23基本垂直于侧面13-16,并用来在切削过程中卷屑。每个角部24都处于一平面P内。每个角部24都垂直于相邻面13-16,当处于切削位置时,与面23相似用来卷屑。面23与平面P或与底面支承25间有一定的间隙28,其大小约为0.05-0.5mm。面23和角部24直接或通过一环绕的负斜面26间接与切削刃17相连。角部24对称于切削角21的平分线B。切削角在平行于所述平分线B的方向上的最大宽度大于面23从垂直于邻近切削刃方向看去的最大宽度。各切削角都设有一对称于该切削角平分线B的凹陷27。该凹陷27与斜面26相交并从斜面26向内延伸。沿角平分线长度的方向看去,占据角部24的一半长度。在垂直于所述角平分线的方向上,凹陷27的最大宽度小于同一方向上该角部的最大宽度。
图6和7所示为本发明另一实施例的刀片10′。刀片10′与刀片10的形状基本相同,但是不同的是角部24′和面23位于同一平面P内。刀片10′可以沿其整个周边抵住支承面,从而使刀片的支承表面处于最佳状态。
当本发明的刀片10和10′是用陶瓷或对拉力敏感的有关材料 制造时,最好设有负斜面26和26′。如果刀片是用硬质合金制造的,则面23和23′以及角部24和24′最好直接地与切削刃17-20和17′-20′相接。
本说明书引用SE-A-8803354-3作为参考文献,其中所描述的那种卷屑面23,24和23′,24′上的凸起也可设置在刀片10和10′上。
如上所述,本发明涉及一种切削机床使用的双面刀片,这种双面刀片具有支承和卷屑两用面,这种刀片的设计可以减小刀片破裂损坏的危险。

Claims (9)

1、一种切削机床使用的双面刀片,其基本形状是一多边形体,具有一上面(11)和一下面(12)以及至少一个与所述上、下面(11,12)相交形成伸向刀片切削角(21)的切削刃(17-20,17′-20′)的侧面(13-16),所述上、下面各有一中央凹陷部分(22)其特征在于:所述切削刃(17-20,17′-20′)的至少一部分直接或间接与一支承和卷屑两用面(24,23′,24′)毗连,所述支承和卷屑两用面至少部分地在相邻切削角(21)的平分线(B)的两侧延伸。
2、按照权利要求1所述的刀片,其特征在于:所述支承和卷屑两用面(24)的延伸区域限制在每个切削角(21)附近。
3、按照权利要求1所述的刀片,其特征在于:所述支承和卷屑两用面沿刀片周边延伸。
4、按照权利要求1所述的刀片,其特征在于:一斜面(26,26′)与切削刃(17-20,17′-20′)和支承和卷屑两用面(24,23′,24′)相接,所述斜面和相邻的支承和卷屑两用面之间形成一内钝角。
5、按照前述权利要求之一所述的刀片,其特征在于:所述支承和卷屑两用面(24,23′,24′)垂直于所述侧面(13-16)。
6、按照权利要求4所述的刀片,其特征在于:斜面(26,26′)在切削角(21)处比在离开该切削角一段距离处要窄。
7、按照权利要求1所述的刀片,其特征在于:在每个切削角(21)的支承和卷屑两用面(24,23′,24′),设有一沉陷(27),所述支承和卷屑两用面向内邻接一向下向内倾斜部分(22),该部分(22)又邻接着一中心孔。
8、按照权利要求1或2所述的刀片,其特征在于:所述切削刃(17-20)在两邻近切削角(21)之间基本呈凹形。
9、按照权利要求1所述的刀片,其特征在于:刀片(10,10′)基本为菱形柱体,是用陶瓷材料制造的。
