Claims (8)
1개소에 통전차단부를 설치한 초전도링을, 전기 통전차단부가 순서로 엇갈리도록하여 여러겹으로 쌓고, 이 여러겹으로 쌓은 링의 맞닿음부를 초전도 결합과 비초전도 결합에 의하여 접속시켜서 초전도코일을 구성하는 방법에 있어서, 초전도 결합부에는 초전도링과 동질의 층을 끼우고, 비초전도 결합부에는 초전도링과 유사물질이며 초전도로 될 수 없는 층을 끼워서 전체를 초전도 소성하는 것을 특징으로 한 초전도 코일의 제조법.
제1항에 있어서, 유사물질은 초전도 물질과 소성에 의한 친화성이 크며, 열특성이 거의 일치하는 물질로한 초전도 코일의 제조법.
제1항에 있어서, 유사물질은, 이트륨-바륨-동계 초전도 물질에 있어서는, 바륨 또는 이트륨을 1/2 이하로 한 초전도 코일의 제조법.
제1항에 있어서, 초전도 결합부의 층은 초전도 분말층 또는 초전도 성형링으로 하고, 비초전도 결합부의 층은 비초전도 분말층 또는 비초전도 성형링으로한 초전도 코일의 제조법.
복수의 초전도링을 여러겹으로 쌓아서 이루어진 초전도 코일에 있어서, 전기각 초전도 링은, 상기 맞닿음부에 있어서 각각 초전도 결합과 비초전도 결합과에 의하여 일체화되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 코일.
제5항에 있어서, 초전도 결합은, 초전도링과 동질층의 개재하에 소성하므로써 형성된 초전도 코일.
제5항에 있어서, 비초전도 결합은, 초전도링을 구성하는 성분의 일부를 바꾼 층을 개재시켜, 그 소성에 의하여 생긴 절연층에 의하여 형성된 초전도 코일.
제5항에 있어서, 초전도 결합은 초전도 분말층 또는 초전도 성형링을 끼우고, 비초전도 결합은 비초전도 분말층 또는 비초전도 성형링을 끼운 초전도 코일.
