Claims (19)
- 오메가-3(n-3) 지방산을 제조하기 위한 공급원으로서 종속영양 성장시킨 편성이나 공성 해양 전핵 미생물을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해양 진핵 미생물을 트라우스 토키트리드(thraustochytrids), 저급 사상균, 효모 및 미세조류(microalgae)를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 방법.
- (a) 탄소공급원을 포함하는 식염수 배양배지에 해양 진핵미생물을 접종시키고 ; (b) 해양 진핵미생물의 종속영양식 생장시키는 조건에서 접종한 식염수 배양배지를 배양시키고 ; (c) 식염수 배양배지로부터 해양 진핵 미생물을 수거하고 ; (d) 수거한 해양 진핵미생물로부터 지질단편을 주출하는 ; 단계를 포함하는 편성 또는 통성의 해양 전핵생물로부터 생성되는 오메가-3(n-3) 지방산의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 식염수 배양배지가 해수를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄소공급원이 포도당을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 종속영양식 생장을 일으키는 조건이 7 내지 7.5pH와 25 내지 28℃의 온도를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 식염수 배양배지가 인공해수 기제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄소공급원이 포도당을 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 종속영양성 생장을 일으키는 조건이 7 내지 7.5의 pH와 25 내지 28℃의 온도를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 종속영양식 생장을 일으키는 조건이 적절한 강도의 광선에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 종속영양식으로 생장시킨 편성 또는 통성의 해양 전핵 미생물 배양물에서 추출한 오메가-3(n-3) 지방산을 포함하는 지방산 생성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 지방산 생성물을 사람의 식품(diet)의 영양 첨가재로서 사용하는 지방산 생성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 지방산 생성물을 제약학적 제품으로 사용하는 지방산 생성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 지방산 생성물을 피부보호 또는 화장품 제품으로 사용하는 지방산 생성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 지방산 생성물을 동물 사료첨가제로 사용하는 지방산 생성물.
- (a) 탄소공급원을 포함하는 식염수 배양배지에 해양진핵미생물을 접종하고 ; (b) 해양 진행미생물의 종속 영양식 생장을 일으키는 조건에서 이 접종된 식염수 배양배지를 배양시키고 ; (c) 식염수 배양배지에서 해양 진핵미생물을 수거하고 ; (d) 수거한 해양진핵 미생물에서 지질단편을 추출하고 ; 그리고 (e) 이 지질단편을 사람식품의 영양첨가제를 만드는지 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 편성이나 통성의 해양 진핵생물로부터의 오메가 -3(n-3) 지방산의 제조방법.
- (a) 탄소공급원을 포함하는 식염수 배양배지에 해양진핵 미생물을 접종하고 ; (b) 식염수 배양배지로부터 해양진핵 미생물을 수거하고 ; (c) 식염수 배양배지로부터 해양진핵 미생물을 수거하고 ; (d) 수거와 해양 진핵미생물로부터 지질단편을 추출하고 ; 그리고 (e) 이 지질단편을 제약학적 제품을 만드는데 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 편성 또는 통성 해양 진핵생물로부터 오메가 -3(n-3) 지방산 생성물의 제조방법.
- (a) 탄소공급원을 포함하는 식염수 배양배지에 해양진핵 미생물을 접종하고 ; (b) 해양 진핵미생물의 종속영양식 생장을 일으키는 조건에서 접종된 식염수 배양배지를 배양시키고 ; (c) 식염수 배양배지로부터 해양진핵 미생물을 수거하고 ; (d) 수거한 해양 진핵미생물로부터 지질단편을 추출하고 ; 그리고 (e) 이 지질 단편을 피부보호 또는 화장품제품의 제조에 사용하는 ; 단계를 포함하는 편성 또는 통성의 해양 진핵생물에서의 오메가3-(n-3) 지방산 생성물의 제조방법.
