Claims (8)

  1. (i) 전도성을 갖는 최소한 25중량%의 충진제 및 색소류: (ii) 충분한 분쇄도로 분쇄된 아연, 충진제 및 색소류로서 충진제 및 색소류의 충량에 대해 중량 비율이 1:6과 1:1사이인 아연 분말 또는 아연 분진: (iii) 하나 이상의 항-유착제류: (iv) 선택적으로, 하나 이상의 농 조화제: (v) 아연, 충진제 및 색소류의 총량에 대한 결합제의 SiO2중량의 중량 비율이 1:4 내지 1:16인 실리케이트형 결합제: 및 (vi) 하나 이상의 용매로 구성된 공장용 프라이머(primer) 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리케이트형 결합제가 용매의 일부분에 용해되며, 분리 보관됨을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 실리케이트형 결합제가 축합 쇄말단에 실란올기를 갖지 않는 알킬 실리케이트형임을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 실리케이트형 결합제가 알칼리 실리케이트형, 및 4차 암모니움 실리케이트형을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 실리케이트형 결합제가 축합 쇄 말단에 실란올기를 갖는 알킬 실리케이트형임을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충진제 및 색소류에 대한 아연의 중량 비율이 1:6 내지 2:5임을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 결합제의 SiO2에 대한 아연, 충진제 및 색소류의 중량 비율이 약 8:1임을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아연, 충진제, 색소류, 및 결합제의 SiO2의 총량에 대한 아연의 중량 비율이 20:63을 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 공장용 프라이머 조성물.
