Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식Ⅰ의 화합물 및 생리적으로 허용되는 그들의 염
    식중, R1은 히드록시, C1-6알킬, C1-6히드록시알킬, C1-6카르복시알킬, 페닐, 옥소, 아미노, 카르복시, 아미도, -NR4CO5, 치환 또는 비(非)치환 메틸리덴기를 나타내거나, 또는 R1은 이 기가 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 1개 이상의 헤테로 원자를 갖는 5원 또는 6원 고리를 형성하며, R2및 R3은 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이한 것으로, C1-6알킬 또는 C3-6알케닐기를 나타내거나, 또는 -NR3R3는 히드록시, 옥소, 치환 또는 비치환 메틸리덴, -COR6또는 =NOR8기에 의해 치환 또는 비치환되는, 임의로 1단위의 불포화를 가질 수 있는 5원(질소원자와 인접한 산소원자를 임의로 가짐) 또는 6원 고리를 형성하며, R4및 R5는 모두 C1-6알킬기를 나타내며, R6는 C1-6알킬, -OR7또는 NHR7기를 나타내며, R7은 수소, C1-6알킬, 아릴 또는 아르(C1-6)알킬기를 나타내며, R8은 C1-6알킬기를 나타내며, X는 직접 결합, -CH2- 또는 -CH2O-를 나타내며, Ar은 치환 페닐 부위를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 치환체 R1이 피페리딘 고리의 3,4 또는 6위치에 결합되는 화합물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 C1-6알킬 또는 옥소기이거나 또는 R1이 이 기가 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 1개 이상의 헤테로원자를 갖는 5원 또는 6원 고리를 형성하는 화합물.
  4. 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, -NR2R3이 테트라히드로피리딘 또는 피롤리딘 고리를 나타내는 화합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, -NR2R3이 피롤리딘 고리를 나타내는 화합물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, R1이 -CH3이고, 치환체 R1이 3 또는 6-위치인 화합물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, R1이 =0, 1,3-디옥살란, 1,3-디티올란 또는 티아졸리딘이고, 치환체 R1이 4-위치인 화합물.
  8. 제6 또는 7항에 있어서, X가 -CH2-이고, Ar이 할로치환된 페닐기인 화합물.
  9. 1-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-2-(1-피롤리디닐메틸)-4-피페리디논, 8-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-7-[(1,2,3,6-테트라히드로 피리딘-1-일)메틸]=1,4-디옥사-8-아자스피로[4,5]데칸, 1-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-3-메틸-2-(1-피롤리디닐메틸)피페리딘, 8-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-7-(1-피롤리디닐메틸)-1-티아-4,8-디아조스피로[4.5]데칸, 8-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-7-(1-피롤리디닐메틸)-1,4-디티아-8-아자스피로[4.5]데칸, 시스-1-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-2-메틸-6-(11-피롤리디닐메틸)피페리딘 및 생리적으로 허용되는 상기 화합물들의 염.
  10. 8-[(3,4-디클로로페닐)아세틸]-7-(1-피롤리디닐메틸)-1,4-디옥사-8-아자[4.5]스피로데칸 및 생이적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  11. 제약상 허용되는 담체와 함께 제1항에서 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용되는 염의 유효량으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
  12. 통증 또는 뇌빈혈을 앓는 사람을 치료하는 데 있어서, 제1항에서 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 생리적으로 허용되는 염을 유효량으로 투여하는 것을 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
