Claims (54)

  1. CWST가 최소한 약 90dyne/㎝이상인 다공성 섬유성 매체로 구성되는 혈소판 농축물의 백혈구 함량 제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매체의 CWST가 적어도 약 95dyne/㎝이상인 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 액체에 함침시켰을 때 하이드록실 그룹을 제공할 수 있도록 매체의 섬유를 개질시킨 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중합조건하에서 중합성 그룹 및 하이드록실-함유 그룹이 함유된 단략체와 접촉시킴으로써 섬유를 개질시킨 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합성 그룹이 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산잔기를 함유하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 하이드록실-함유 그룹이 하이드록실에틸인 장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 단량체가 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트인 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 소수의 제2의 음이온성 그룹과 함께 하이드록실 그룹을 제공하도록 매체의 섬유를 개질시킨 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제2의 음이온성 그룹의 카복실산 그룹인 장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 중합조건하에서 중합성 그룹 및 카복실-그룹이 함유된 단량체에 노출시킴으로써 매체의 섬유을 개질시킨 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 중합성 그룹이 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산잔기를 함유하는 장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 중합성 그룹과 카복실-함유 그룹이 메타크릴산에 의해 제공되는 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 메타크릴산과 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 사용하여 매체의 섬유를 개질시킨 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 개질 혼합물중의 산-아크릴레이트 단량체 중량비가 0.01:1 내지 0.5:1인 장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 산/아크릴레이트 단량체의 중량비가 0.05:1 내지 0.35:1인 장치.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 2 내지 10중량%의 3급 부틸알콜이 함유된 그라프팅 용액을 사용하여개질시킨 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 그라프팅 용액이 4 내지 5중량%의 3급 부틸알콜을 함유하는 장치.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 충분한 양의 수용성 알콜 또는 알콜 알콜-에테르가 함유된 그라프팅 용액을 사용하여 표면장력을 약40dyne/㎝미만으로 감소시킴으로써 개질시킨 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 알콜-에테르가 디에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르 또는 에틸렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르인 장치.
  20. 제14항에 있어서, 개질 혼합물중의 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 농도가 01.중량%를 넘는 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 개질 혼합물중의 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 농도가 0.2중량%를 넘는 장치.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 개질 혼합물중의 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 농도가 0.4중량%를 넘는 장치.

  47. CWST가 최소한 약 90dyne/㎝이상인 다공성 섬유성 매체로 구성되는 장치를 통하여 혈소판 농축물을 통과시킴으로써 혈소판 농축물의 백혈구 함량을 제거하는 방법.
  48. CWST가 적어도 90dyne/㎝이상인 다공성 매체를 통하여 혈소판 농축물을 통과시킴으로써 혈소판 농축물의 백혈구 함량을 제거하는 방법.
  49. 표면장력이 90dyne/㎝인 액체에 의해 자발적으로 습윤되는 다공성 매체를 통하여 혈소판 농축물을 통과시킴으로써 혈소판 농축물의 백혈구 함량을 제거하는 장치.
  50. 직경이 30μm미만인 섬유로 제조되고 섬유가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트이며, CWST가 적어도 약 95eyne/㎝이고, 기공의 직경이 3.8 내지 6μm이며, 용적밀도가 0.36g/㏄미만이고, 유효 유동면적이 40㎠를 넘으며, 산/아크릴레이트 단량체의 중량비가 0.05-1인 메타크릴산과 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 혼합물을 사용하여 개질시킨 다공성의 섬유성 매체로 구성되는 장치를 통하여 혈소판 농축물을 통과시킴으로써 혈소판 농축물의 백혈구 함량을 제거하는 방법.
  51. 섬유에 의해 흡착된 양이온성 화합물 수요액의 양을 측정함으로써 섬유성 백혈구 제거 필터의 제조에 사용되는 그라프팅 공정을 경제적으로 조절하는 방법.
  52. 제51항에 있어서, 그라프팅된 후에 섬유표면이 주로 하이드록실 그룹을 제공하도록 전환된 하나 이상의 단량체와 음이온성 그룹을 제공하는 하나 이상의 단량체로 구성되는 단량체 혼합물을 사용하여 섬유상 필터를 제조하는 방법.
  53. 제51항에 있어서, 양이온성 화합물이 염료이고, 흡착된 염료용액의 양을 색변화로 분석하는 방법.
  54. 제53항에 있어서, 염료가 샤프라닌 오 인 방법.
