Claims (13)
- (a)0.4%이하의 철, 0.15%이하의 실리콘, 약0.1-0.6%의 구리와 약 0.7-1.5%의 망간을 포함하고 있는 알루미늄-베이스의 코어 물질을 주조하고, (b) 코어물질을 알루미늄 베이스의 납땜 합금으로 피복하여 열간 압연 시켜 시이트 생성물을 만들고, (c) 이 시이트 물을 최종 게이지로 직접 냉간 압연하고, 납땜 열 사이클을 따라 열처리 될때 피복 바로 가까이에 있는 코어 합금에 조밀한 침전체의 내식성 밴드가 형성되도록 상기 생성물을 적응시키는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜에 이용하기 위한 내식성 알루미늄 복합 시이트 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 합금이 마그네슘을 0.8%까지 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 합금이 약 0.05-0.25%의 지르코늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 합금이 약 0.2%이하의 철, 0.1%이하의 실리콘, 약 0.2-0.4%의 실리콘, 약 0.2-0.4%의 마그네슘과 약 0.9-1.1%의 망간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 코어 합금이 약 0.1-0.15%의 지르코늄도 또는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어 물질이 열간 압연에 앞서서 425-525℃의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어물질이 열간 압연에 앞서서 475-500℃로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종 게이지로 압연된 생성물이 어니일링 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 최종 게이지로 압연된 생성물이 약 250-350℃에서 부분적으로 어니일링 되거나 약 350-425℃에서 전체적으로 어니일링 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 생성물을 납땜 열사이클에 따라 열처리 함으로써 조밀한 침전체의 밴드가 피복 바로 가까이에 있는 코어 합금에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 0.4%이하의 철, 0.15%이하의 실리콘, 약 0.1-0.6%의 구리와 약 0.7-1.5%의 망간을 포함하고 있는 주조된 알루미늄-베이스의 코어와, (b) 상기 코어의 한면 이상에 피복된 알루미늄-베이스의 납땜합금을 포함하고 있는 조립 및 납땜될 부품으로 형성되기에 적합한 알루미늄합금 시이트에 있어서, 코어에 존재하는 망간이 실실적으로 고체 용액 및/또는 압지크기가 0.03-0.1㎛인 미세하고 균일하게 분포된 망간 함유 입자의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알류미늄 합금 시이트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 코어가 0.6%이상의 망간을 고체 용액 및/또는 상기 미세한 침전체 형태로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 합금 시이트.
- (a) 0.4%이상의 철, 0.15이상의 실리콘, 약 0.1-0.6%의 구리와 약 0.7-1.5%의 망간을 포함하고 있는 주조 알루미늄-베이스의 납땜 합금을 포함하고 있는 어셈블리에 있어서, 납땜 합금 피복 가까이에 있는 코어 합금에 실리콘이 풍부한 조밀한 침전체 밴드가 형성되고, 이 밴드의 두께가 약 20-50㎛이며 고체 용액에 존재하는 망간이 밴드 외부의 코어 보다 밴드에 더 적게 들어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 된 알루미늄 어셈블리.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
