Claims (9)

  1. 축과, 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면에 대향하는 내주면을 가진 링형상의 무재와, 상기 축의 선단면과 대향하는 위치에 배설된 드러스트 베어링부재를 가지고, 상기 드러스트 베어링부재의 단면 및 상기 링형상부재의 내주면과 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면이 대향하는 간극에 윤활제가 담지되고, 또한 상기 링형상부재의 내부면과 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면의 어느 것인가 한쪽 또는 그 양쪽이 상기 드러스트 베어링부재에 접근할 수록 직경이 커지는 방향의 테이퍼를 가진 원추면인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체 베어링장치.
  2. 선단부 근처에 플랜지부를 가진 축과, 상기 축의 선단면에 대향하는 드러스트 베어링부재와, 상기 축과 동축이며 상기 플랜지부와 드러스트베어링부재 사이에 위치하는 링형상의 부재와, 상기 드러스트 베어링부재 및 상기 링형상의 부재와 일체적으로 구성되고, 상기 축의 들레를 회전하는 회전부재를 가지며, 상기 드러스트 베어링부재의 단면 및 상기 링형상부재의 내부면과 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면이 대향하는 간극에 윤활제를 담지하고 또한 상기 링형상부재의 내주면과 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면의 어느 것인가 한쪽 또는 그 양쪽이 상기 드러스트베어링부재에 접근할 수록 직경이 커지는 방향의 테이퍼를 가진 원추면인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 축에 형성된 플랜지부의 단면직경은 상기 축의 외경보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 윤활제는 흑연, 카아본 또는 금속미립자를 함유하는 그리이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 드러스트 베어링부재와 링형상의 부재사이에 시일링을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  6. 선단부에 단이 형성된 플랜지부를 가진 축과, 상기 단이 형성된 플랜지 부의 선단면에 대향하는 드러스트 베어링부재와, 상기 축과 동축이며 상기 단이 형성된 플랜지부와 상기 드러스트 베어링부재 사이에 위치 하는 링형상의 부재와, 상기 드러스트 베어링부재 및 링형상의 부재와 일체적으로 구성되고, 상기 축의 둘레를 회전하는 회전부재를 가지고, 상기 드러스트 베어링부재의 단면과 상기 단이 형성된 플랜지부재의 단면과의 간극에는 윤활제가 담지되고, 또한 상기 링형상부재의 내주면과 상기 축의 선단부 근처의 외주면의 어느 것인가 한쪽 또는 그 양쪽이 상기 드러스트 베얼링부재에 접근할수록 직경이 커지는 방향이 테이퍼를 가진 원추면인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 튜체 베어링장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 단이 형성된 플랜지부재의 단면직경은 축의 외경보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 윤활제는 흑연, 카아본 또는 금속미립자를 함유하는 그리이스인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어링장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 드러스트 베어링부재와 링형상의 부재 사이에 시일링을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 동압형 유체베어릴장치.
