Claims (1)

  1. 가열실 안에 열원에 의하여 가열된 열기를 순환하는 순환팬을 설치한 것에 있어서, 이 가열실 안에 온도센서를 설치하고 이 온도센서로부터의 출력에 의하여 순환팬을 빵제조 공정에 있어서 냉각용으로 작동시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기.
