제2도는 본 발명에 의해 얻어진 소결체실시예의 4의 CuKα선에 의한 X선 회절결과를 회절선으로 나타낸 선도.
제3도는 본 발명에 의해 얻어진 소결체 실시예 15의 CuKα선에 의해 X선 회절결과의 회절선을 나타낸 선도이다.
Claims (2)
- SiC가 20-99wt%, W2B5또는 MOB2가 80-0.5wt%, 붕소, 탄소, 탄화붕소중 적어도 1종류가 0.5-5wt%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiC 복합소결체.
- 평균입경 5㎛이하의 SiC분말 20-99wt% W2B5또는 W2B5를 생성하는 물질 또는 MOB2또는 MOB2를 생성하는 물질을 W2B5또는, MOB2으로 환산하여 80-0.5wt%, W2B5또는 MOB2의 생성에 관계하지 않는 붕소 또는 붕소를 함유하는 화합물을 붕소로 환산해서 0.1-5wt%, 탄소 또는 탄소를 생성하는 유기화합물을 탄소로 환산해서 0.1-5wt%고 구성되는 조합분말을 혼합성형하고, 이어서 진공중 또는 불활성 분위기 중의 1900-2500℃온도하에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiC 복합소결체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
