Claims (6)

  1. 베어링으로부터 방사되는 음향 방사신호를 검출하여 음향 방사신호의 출력을 표시하는 신호를 발출하는 음향 방사센서와, 상기 음향 방사센서로부터 수신한 신호들중 100㎑내지 500㎑ 대역의 신호만을 통과시키는 대역통과필터와, 대역통과필터에 의해 추출된 100㎑ 내지 500㎑ 대역의 신호들 각각과 소정의 드레시호울드 값을 비교하여 대역통과필터로부터 출력된 신호가 드레시호울드 값을 초과하는 것을 나타내는 사건신호를 방출하를 비교기등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링의 이상검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 대역통과필터는 음향 방사센서로부터 수신한 신호들중 200㎑ 내지 500㎑ 대역의 신호를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링의 이상검출장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비교기로부터 출력된 사건신호를 수신하여 사고신호가 발생하는 주기를 계산하는 주기 계산장치와, 상기 주기계산장치에 의해 계산된 각각의 주기에 대한 사건신호의 발생수를 합산하는 합산장치와, 상기 합산장치에 의해 합산된 사건 발생수가 소정의 드레시 호울드값을 초과하는지의 여부에 따라 베어링의 이상을 판단하는 판단장치등을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링의 이상검출장치.
  4. 보울앤드로울러 베어링으로부터의 음향 방사 출력을 표시하는 음향 방사신호와 소정의 드레시호울드값을 비교하여 음향 방사출력이 소정의 드레시호울드값을 초과하면 베어링의 이상을 나타내는 에더신호를 발출하는 비교기와, 압연신호를 근거로하여 금속삽입시와 금속배출시의 특정시간동안 비료기로부터 출력된 신호를 무효화하는 논리회로등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기용 보울앤드로울러 베어링의 이상검출장치.
  5. 베어링으로부터 방사되는 음향 방사신호를 검출하는 음향 방사센서로부터 입력된 신호들중 100㎑ 내지 500㎑ 대역의 신호만을 대역통과필터를 이용하여 추출하는 단계과, 대역통과필터에 의해 추출되어 출력된 신호들을 비교기(26)를 이용하여 각각 소정의 드레시호울드값과 비교하는 단계와, 금속삽입신호의 수신후 일정기간과 금속배출신호의 수신전 일정기간을 제외한 압연기간중에 대역통과필터의 출력신호가 드레시호울드값을 초과할 때 발생되는 사건신호를 기억소자에 기억시키는 단계와, 다수의 메어링 각각에 대하여 상기 추출과 비료 및 기억단계를 특정횟수만큼 반복하는 단계와, 최종적으로 기억소자에 기억된 사건발생수에 의거하여 베어링의 이상을 검출하는 단계등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연기용 보울앤드로울러베어링의 이상검출방법.
  6. 베어링으로부터 방사된 음향 방사신호를 검출하는 음향 방사센서와, 음향 방사센서의 출력신호중 100㎑ 내지 500㎑ 대역의 신호만을 추출하는 대역통과필터와, 대역통과필터로부터 출력된 신호들 각각을 드레시호울드값과 비교하고 비교결과에 의거하여 베어링의 이상을 검출하는 비교기 등으로 구성된 장치에 의해 실행되고, 대역통과필터로부터 출력된 신호가 드레시호울드값을 초과하는 경우에 발생되는 사건신호의 주기를 주기계산장치를 이용하여 계산하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 계산된 각각의 주기당 사건 발생수를 합산하는 단계와, 각각의 주기에 대한 사건 발생수의 분포를 대체로 표시하는 직선의 기울기가 거의 0이 되도록 드레시호울드값을 변이시키는 단계등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링의 이상검출방법.
