Claims (10)

  1. 염기성 질소그룹을 갖고 있으며 산과의 양성자 첨가반응에 의해 물에 분산될 수 있는 합성수지에 있어서, (A) 300 내지 6,000의 평균 분자량 Mn 및 분자당 평균 1.5개 내지 3.0개의 에폭시그룹을 갖는 에폭시수지를, (B) 하나 또는 그 이상의 우레탄 그룹을 부가적으로 함유하는 1차 아민의 케트이민과 반응시키고, 그리고 임의로 (C) 우레탄그룹을 함유하지 않는 1차 디아민의 디케트이민과 반응시키고, 그리고 또 임의로 (D) 3차 아미노그룹을 함유할 수 있는 2차아민 그리고 또한, 1차 모노아민의 게트이민 및/또는 1차/3차 디아민의 케트이민과 반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B) 그리고 사용되었다면 (C)와 (D)의 반응생성물의 히드록실 그룹이, 부분적으로 차폐된 폴리이소시안에이트와 반응하여 우레탄 그룹으로 전환됨으로써 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에폭시수지(A)의 에폭시당량 당 1 내지 2당량의 성분(B),(C) 및 (D)의 케트이민 및 2차 아민을 사용하므로써 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 분자당 평균잡아 최소한 두개의 페놀성 히드록실 그룹을 함유하며 350 내지 5,000의 평균분자량 Mn을 갖는, 폴리페놀의 글리시딜에테르를 에폭시수지(A)로 사용하여 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 최소한 2개의 우레탄그룹 및 2개 이하의 케트이민 그룹을 함유하는 성분(B)를 사용하여 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 지방족 디이소시안에이트를 1 : 0.1 내지 1.9 : 0.9 내지 0.1의 당량 비율로 디올 및/또는 모노알콜과 반응시키고 지방족 1차 아미노 함유 알칸올아민과 반응시켜서 제조되어진 성분(B)를 사용하여 얻어질 수 있는 합성수지.
  7. 제 1 항에 따른 수희석성 합성수지를 산과 양성자 첨가반응시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는, 교차결합제, 유기용매, 안료 및/또는 그밖의 보조제 물질들도 함유할 수 있는 수성분산액.
  8. 제 1 항에 청구된 바와 같은 합성수지를 결합제로 함유하고 부가적으로 교차결합제를 함유하는 피복제.
  9. 제 7 항에 따른 수성분산액을 전해피복조로 사용하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극전해피복에 의한 도전성 기판상에 피복을 형성하는 방법.
  10. 제 8 항에 따른 피복제를 사용하여 얻어질 수 있는 피복된 물품.
