Claims (22)

  1. 2급히드록시기만을 포함하며, 평균분자량이 약 400-4,000이고 프로필렌 옥시드를 기재로한 폴리에테르디올 약 175-575중량부와, 2급 히드록시기만을 포함하며 평균분자량이 약 500-3000이고 프로필렌옥시드를 기재로한 폴리에테르트리올 약 100-450중량부와; 글리세롤 약 8-5중량부와; 폴리우레탄촉매약 1-10중량부로 조성함을 특징으로한 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르디올은 약 535중량부이고, 평균분자량이 약 1000이며; 상기 폴리에테르트리올은 약 120중량부이고 평균분자량 약 1000이고; 상기 글리세롤은 약 10중량부이며; 상기 폴리우레탄촉매는 약 1중량부의 디부틸틴 디라우레이트와 약 1중량부의 트리에틸렌디아민으로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 A와 B의 두성분으로 구성되고; 성분 A는 제 1 항의 조성물이며, 성분 B는 MDI/폴리이소시아네이트재 약 300-400중량부로 조성되고, 상기 MDI/폴리이소시아네이트재는 디페닐메탄-4,4'-디이소시아네이트 약 45-50wt%와 100%의 K-O(CH2CH(CH3)Olm-K 나머지로 구성됨을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
    위식에서, K는이고, m은 약 2-5이다.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르디올은 약 535중량부이고 분자량이 약 1000이며; 상기 폴리에테르트리올은 약 120중량부이고 분자량이 약 1000이며; 상기 글리세롤은 약 10중량부이고; 상기 폴리우레탄촉매는 디부틸틴 디라우레이트 약 1중량부와 트리에틸렌디아민 약 1중량부로 구성되고; 상기 MDI/폴리이소시아네이트재는 약 335중량부임을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에서는 추가로 요변제(thixotropic agents), 산화제, 부플음방지제(antiblistering agents), 보강제, 점도부여제(thickeners), 가소제, uv안정제, 안료, 중량제(extender), 안료분산제 및 부식억제제로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 조성물전체의 0.01 내지 25 wt%로하여 추가로 포함시킴을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제에는 카본블랙 0.5wt%를 구성시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 조성물.
  7. 폴리우레탄수지에 있어서, 제 1 항의 조성물인 성분 A와 제 3 항의 조성물 B를 동시에 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물임을 특징으로하는 상기수지.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르디올은 약 535중량부이고, 분자량이 약 1000이며, 상기 폴리에테르트리올은 약 120중량부이고, 분자량 약 1000이며, 상기 글리세롤은 약 10중량부이며, 상기 폴리우레탄촉매는 디부틸틴디라우레이트 약 1중량부와 트리에틸렌디아민 약 1중량부로 구성되며; 성분 B는 약 335중량부임을 특징으로한 상기 폴리우레탄수지.
  9. 폴리우레탄수지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 두성분 A와 B를 동시에 충분히 혼합시키며, 성분 A는 제 1 항의 성분으로 구성되고; 성분 B는 제 3 항으로 구성됨을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르디올은 약 535중량부이고, 분자량 약 1000이며; 상기 폴리에테르트리올은 약 120중량부이고, 분자량 약 1000이며; 상기 글리세롤은 약 10중량부이며; 상기 폴리우레탄촉매는 디부틸틴디라우레이트 약 1중량부와 트리에틸렌디아민 약 1중량부로 구성되고; 상기 성분 B는 약 335중량부로 구성됨을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  11. 기재에 제 7 항의 수지를 처리함을 특징으로한 기재의 코팅방법.
  12. 기층에 제 8 항의 수지를 처리함을 특징으로한 기재의 코팅방법.
  13. 기재와 그 기재에 부착하여 코팅하는 필름으로 구성하는 코팅제품에 있어서, 살기 필름은 제 7 항의 수지를 구성시켜 코팅함을 특징으로한 상기 코팅제품.
  14. 기재와 그 기재에 부착하여 코팅하는 필름으로 구성하는 코팅제품에 있어서, 상기 필름은 제 8 항의 수지를 구성시켜 코팅함을 특징으로한 상기 코팅제품.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 금속, 목재, 콘크리트, 플라스틱, 러버, 글라스, 세라믹스 및 직물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 하나의 부재임을 특징으로한 상기제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 자동차용 스틸프레임(steel frame) 또는 본체부품(body part)임을 특징으로한 상기 코팅제품.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 성분 A/성분 B의 중량비는 약 2-2.2/1이고; 상기 코팅기재는 철재(steel)이며; 상기 코팅은 코팅기재가 2℃/분에서 200-310℃로 가열될때 10%이하의 중량손실을 가지며; 15밀 경화코팅은 적어도 200초 동안 상기 쇼트블라스터 마모시험(slot plaster abrasion test)에 견딜수있음을 특징으로한 상기 코팅제품.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 1시간동안 200℃에서 베이킹(baking)함으로써 경화되어 실온에서의 경화와 대비할때 내마모성이 향상됨을 특징으로한 상기 코팅제품.
  19. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 성분 A/성분 B의 중량비는 약 2-2.2/1이고, 상기 코팅기재를 가열함으로써 내마모성을 증가시킴을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 코팅기재는 약 200℃에서 약 1시간동안 가열시킴을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  21. 철(steel)에 솔트-포그부식(salt-fog corrosion)을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 철에 제17항의 폴리우레탄 수지를 코팅시켜 구성함을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  22. 철(steel)에 솔트-포그부식을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 철에 제 8 항의 폴리우레탄 수지를 코팅시켜 구성함을 특징으로한 상기방법.
