Claims (4)

  1. 전류센서(RN), 부하(RL)에 연결된 제1구동 트랜지스터(M1), 전술한 전류센서(RN)에 연결된 제2트랜지스터(M2)를 포함하며, 전술한 트랜지스터(M1, M2) 모두가 전계효과 트랜지스터이며 전류 거울구조로 상호 연결되는 부하 (RL)를 통해 흐르는 전류(IL)의 선현측정을 위한 회로(1)에 있어서, 상기 회로가 제1(M1)및 제2트랜지스터(M2)각각의 드레인 전극(D1, D2)에 전기적으로 연결된 전압조정기(2)를 포함하여 트랜지스터 어느것에도 같은 크기의 드레인/소스전압(VCS)을 유지시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 전압조정기(2)가 전술한 제1 (M1)및 제2 트랜지스터(M2)의 드레인 전극에 각각 연결된 입력 및 전술한 회로센서를 통해 제2트랜지스터(M2)의 드레인 (D2)에 연결된 출력을 갖는 연산증폭기(A1)임을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 회로센서가 저항기(RN)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 회로.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 전술한 증폭기(A1)의 역 입력이 제2트랜지스터(M2)의 전술한 드레인 전극(D2)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 회로.
