제3도는 종래 방법에 따라 강철시이트상에 인산염 화학적 변환피복층을 형성한 실시예의 X-선 회절선 측정패턴을 나타내는 도면.
Claims (13)
- 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법에 있어서, 인산염과 적어도 한가지 이상의 다른 유형의 활성음이온으로 이루어진 혼합음이온, 화학적 변환피복층을 형성할 수 있는 적어도 한가지 이상 유형의 금속이온과 산화제를 함유한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리용액과 강철재를 접촉시켜 강철재의 표면상에 인산염의 화학적 변환피복층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지고, 여기서 인산염이온무게(P) 대 전체혼합음이온의 무게(An)의 무게비(P/An)가 1/2이거나 이하이고, 인산염의 화학적 변환처리 용액의 온도가 용액의 외부가열없이 40℃이거나 이하의 레벨로 조절되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다른 유형의 활성음이온이 적어도 하나 이상의 비금성원자를 가지게 한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다른 유형의 음이온이 옥사이드 이온과 할로겐이온으로 이루어진 그루우프로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 부재로 형성되게 한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적변환처리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 옥사이드이온이 질산이온으로 이루어진 그루우프와 질산이온 및 염화이온으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적 변환처리용액이 0.5 내지 4.5범위의 PH를 가지고 300mV 이상의 ORP(수소 표준전극전위)를 가지게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화제가 과산화수소, 과산화수소 발생물질과 질산이온으로 이루어진 그루우프로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 부재를 포함하게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적변환피복층-성형금속이온들이 아연이온, 망간이온, 칼슘이온, 마그네슘이온과 철이온들로 이루어진 그루우프로 부터 선택되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적변환피복층-성형이온이 처리용액내에 0.5g/l 이상의 양으로 되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염이온의 무게(P) 대 화학적변환피복층성형금속이온의 무게(M)의 무게비(P/M)가 0.3 내지 3의 범위에 있게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적변환처리가 배치형처리로 되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산염이온(P) 대 전체혼합음이온의 무게(An)의 무게비(P/An)가 0.08 내지 0.4의 범위에 있게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학적변환처리가 연속적인 침적처리로 되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 연속침적처리가 1.5 내지 3.0g/l의 화학적변환피복층-성형금속이온, 4.5 내지 9g/l의 인산염이온과, NO- 3이온이 비추어 10 내지 70g/l의 다른 유형의 활성음이온을 함유한 처리용액을 이용하므로 수행되게한 강철재를 위한 인산염의 화학적 변환처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
