Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 에스테르를 윤활제로 사용하는 방법.
    상기식에서 Cb는 식-C-CO- 또는 -CO-O-의 모노카르복실(MCb), 식-O-CO-또는-CO-O-R4-O-CO의 디카르복실(DeCb)또는 식 -O-CO-R5-CO-O-R6-O-CO-R5-Co-O의 테트라카르복실(TCb)일 수있는 카르복실 기를 나타내고; R4는 임의적으로 치환된 알킬렌 또는 알케닐렌 기, C5-10시클로알킬렌 기, 디-(C5-10시클로알킬렌)기 또는 시클로알킬렌 기를 나타내고; 각각의 R3기는 개별적으로 C1-6알킬, C2-6알케닐,C3-20모노- 또는 폴리시클로알킬 기 또는 수소원자를 나타내고; m과 n은 각각 0 또는 1이고; R1은 임의적으로 치환된 C4-103차 알킬 기 또는 임의적으로 치환된 C3-8시클로알킬 또는 C6-14비시클로 또는 트릿시클로알킬 기를 나타내고; R2와 R1과 같거나 또는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 모노- 또는 폴리시클로알킬, 모노 또는 폴리시클로알케닐 기를 나타낸다(단, 이때 m과 n이 각각0이고 cb가 MCb 또는 DCb를 나타내며, R4는 시클로헥실렌이면, R1과 R2는 둘다 시클로헥실인것이 아님을 전제로한다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 시클로헥실이고 R2가 시클로헥살카르보닐록시 기로 치환된 C1-20알킬, C2-20알케닐 또는 데칼릴기를 나타내는 사용방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 시클로헥실이고 R2가 시클로헥살카르보닐록시 기로 치환된 C1-4알킬 또는 C17알킬이거나 또는 R1과 R2둘다가 시클로펜틸인 사용방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 에스테르가 하기 일반식(II)인 사용방법.
    상기식에서, m,n 및 R4는 제1항에서 정의한 바와같고 R1과 R2는 같으며 각각이 임의에 따라 C1-4알킬치환기를 갖는 시클로펜틸 또는 시클로헥실기, 데칼릴기 또는 3차 부틸기를 나타낸다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 많아야 3개의 탄소원자가 카르복실기를 분리시키도록 R4가 선택되는 사용방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, R1과 R2둘다가 시클로 헥실기를 나타내고 R4가 임의적으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬 치환기를 가즌 시클로헥실렌, 메틸렌, 에틸렌, 비닐렌 또는 트리메틸렌기인 사용방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, m과 n이 둘다 0을 나타내는 사용방법.
  8. 제4항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스테르가 임의적으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 메틸 치환기를 갖는 비스시클로헥실 말로네니트, 숙시네이트 또는 극루타레인트인 사용방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에스테르 화합물이 40℃에서 많아야 1000㎡/s의 동점도를 갖는 사용방법.
  10. 제1항내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와같은 에스테르를 주요 성분으로 포한하는 윤활제 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와같은 에스테르 또는 제10항에서 정의한 바와같은 조성물을 견인 유체로 사용하는 방법.
  12. 견인 윷폐가 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 에스테르 이거나 또는 제10항에서 정의한 바와같은 조성물인 견인 구동장치의 작동방법.
  13. m과n이 둘다 0이고 cb가 DiCb를 나타낼 때 R4가 -CH2-,-CH(CH3),-CHcH 또는 -CH2CH(CH3)-가 아닌것을 조건으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에서 정의한 식I의 에스테르.
  14. 하기 식(a)의 화합물과 하기식(b)의 알콜을 가열시키는 제13항에서 정의한 바와같은 에스텔의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 X는 H 또는 메틸이고, m,n,R,R2및 R3는 제13항에서 정의한 바와같다.
