제 2도 실시예 2에서 사용하는 쇄-분지제의 양에 대한 권축특성을 플로트한 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 에틸렌 글리콜을 촉매 존재하에 테레프탈산 및/또는 이의 에스테르와 반응시킨 다음, 중축합시켜 용융폴리에스테를 먼저 형성하고, 생성된 용융 폴리에스테르를 필라멘트로 용융 방사한 다음, 약 3000 내지 4000mpm의 속도로 권취하여 결정화도가 낮은 부분적으로 배향된 사를 제공하는 단계[여기서, 폴리에스테르는 첨부한 제 1도의 선 AB로 대략 나타낸 양의 테트라에틸 실리케이트를 에틸렌 글리콜 중의 용액 형태로 중합체에 도입함으로써 개질된다]를 포함하는, 폴리에스테르 연신-텍스쳐드 가공 공급사를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 약 3,000 내지 3,200mpm의 속도로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 비등 수축율이 약 45%이고 파단신도가 약 155%이며, 약 6MEQ의 옥시실리케이트 잔기로 쇄-분지된, 상대점도가 약 21LRV인 중합 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 잔기로 필수적으로 이루어진, 결정화도가 낮으며 부분적으로 배향된 폴리에스테르 멀티필라멘트 연신-텍스쳐드 가공 공급사.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 그러나 비등 수축율은 약 20내지 25%이고, 파단신도는 약 133%이며, 옥시실리케이트 잔기의 양은 약 4MEQ인 사.
  5. 에틸렌 및 테레프탈레이트 유도체를 쇄-분지제로서 작용하는 옥시실리케이트 잔기와 중합시킨 다음, 약 3000내지 4000mpm의 권취속도로 방사-배향시켜 제조되며, 적어도 1000mpm의 속도로 연신-텍스쳐드 가공하여 BFC가 약 0.5이하이고 TYT가 20이상인 텍스쳐드 가공사의 패키지를 제공할 수 있는 멀티릴라멘트 연신-텍스쳐드 가공 공급사.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 필라멘트를 약 3,000내지 3,200mpm의 속도로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 사.
  7. 멀티필라멘트 폴리에스테르 공급사가 적어도 500mpm의 속도로 동시 연신-텍스쳐드 가공되고, 공급사가 중합 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 잔기와, 쇄-분지제로서 작용하는 옥시실리케이트 잔기로 필수적으로 이루어지며, 텍스쳐드 가공사의 생성된 패키지가 약 0.5BFC이하 및 20TYT이상을 갖는 가연 텍스쳐드 가공사를 제조하는 방법.
