Claims (8)

  1. 용융시에 비등방성을 나타내는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법에 있어서, 다음 일반식(A)로 표시되는 디카르복실산-디올 단위체를 주요 반복단위체로써 갖는 폴리에스테르와, 다음 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시카르복실산 에스테르의 적어도 하나를 반응시키고, 그 얻어진 에스테르 교환반응생성물을 중합화시켜 고중합체를 얻는것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, R1은 탄소수6내지 20인 방향족 2가 기 또는 탄소수4 내지 20인 지방족 2가기를 나타내고, R2는 탄소수6 내지 20인 방향족 2가기들과 탄소수2 내지 20인 지방족 2가기들로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 기를 나타내며, R3는 탄소수 2내지 20인 지방족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소 또는 히드록시-치환된 지방족 탄화수소를 나타내고, R4는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 4인 지방족 탄화수소 또는 알콕시기를 나타내고, X는 탄소수 5내지 20인 방향족 고리를 적어도 하나 갖는 화합물기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시 카르복실산 에스테르가, 일반식(B)에서 X가 P-페닐렌, 4,4'-비페닐렌,4,4'-알킬렌비페닐렌과 2,6-나프탈렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 적어도 하나의 성분이 선택되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시 카르복실산 에스테르가, 일반식(B)에서 X가 P-페닐렌 그리고/또는 2,6-나프탈렌 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시 카르복실산 에스테르가 일반식(B)에서 R3가 탄소수 내지 10인 방향족 탄화수소 기와 탄소수 2내지 10인 지방족 탄화수소 및 히드록시-치환된 지방족 탄화수소기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시 카르복실산 에스테르의 R3가, 페닐기, 나프탈기, 에틸기, 프로필기, 부틸기, 펜틸기, 헥실기, 히드록시에틸기, 히드록프로필기, 히드록시부틸기, 히드록시펜틸기, 히드록시헥실기 그리고 히드록시 시클로헥실기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(B)로 표시되는 히드록시 카르복실산 에스테르의 R3가, 페닐기, 에틸기, 부틸기, 히드록시에틸기, 히드록시부틸기로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(A)로 표시되는 폴리에스테르의 R1이 주로 페닐렌이고 R2가 탄소수 2내지 8인 지방족 2가기인 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(A)로 표시되는 폴리에스테르가 주로 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이거나 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 공폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
