Claims (8)

  1. a.최소한 90중량%의 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트와 10중량%이하의 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트를 함유한 혼합물을 아민아니 암모늄 촉매의 존재하에서 상기 메틸하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트에 대해 최소한 2몰당량으로 존재하는 에틸렌 카보네이트로 에스테르화하여 에스테르화된 혼합물을 얻고, b. 상기 에스테르화된 혼합물을 폴리에스테르화 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌 글리콜로 폴리에스테르화/중축합시켜 폴리(에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트)를 얻는 것으로 특징되는, 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트와 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트의 혼합물로 부터 폴리(에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트) 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민 촉매가 트리에틸아민, 트리프로필 아민인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 160℃-220℃의 에스테르화반응 온도를 사용하는 것으로 특징되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 150℃-290℃의 폴리에스테르화/중축합 반응온도를 사용하는 것으로 특징되는 방법.
  5. a. 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트, 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌, 에틸렌 글리콜 및 에틸렌 카복실레이트의 혼합물을 촉매시키는 양의 아민이나 암모늄 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시켜 에스테르화된 혼합물을 얻는데, 상기 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트와 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트의 혼합물이 최소한 90중량%의 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트와 10중량%이하의 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트를 포함하고 상기 에틸렌 카복실레이트가 상기 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트에 대해 최소한 2배의 몰과량으로 존재하며, b. 폴리에스테르화/중축합 촉매를 상기 에스테르화된 혼합물에 부가하고 이것을 반응시켜 폴리(에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트)를 얻는 것으로 특징되는, 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트와 메틸 하이드로젠 2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트의 혼합물로 부터 폴리(에틸렌 -2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트) 생성물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아민 촉매가 트리에틸아민, 트리프로필 아민 또는 트리부틸 아민인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 160℃-220℃의 에스테르화 반응 온도를 사용하는 것으로 특징되는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 150℃-290℃의 폴리에스테르화/중축합 반응온도를 사용하는 것으로 특징되는 방법.
