Claims (4)

  1. 이 관능성 카르복실산과 1,4-부탄디올을 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환 반응시켜 얻어진 생성물을 축중합하여 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 제조함에 있어서, 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환반응 개시전, 말기에 티탄화합물을 하기식과 같이 첨가하고 에스테르 반응을 종결한 후 축중합반응 개시전과 종료전에 안정제로 하기식과 같이 인화합물을 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 제조방법.

    T1: 에스테르 교환반응 초기에 투입한 티탄화합물

    P2: 축중합반응 말기에 투입한 인화합물
    수치는 디카트복실산에 대해 ppm으로 표시한 것임.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 이 관능성 카르복실산이 테레프탈산, 디메틸테레프탈레이트, 이소프탈산 및 나프탈렌디카르복실산임을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트이 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 티탄화합물은 테트라부틸티탄네이트, 테트라이소프로필티탄네이트, 테트라에틸티탄네이트, 모노부틸틴옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트이 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 인화합물이 인산, 트리페닐포스파이트 트리페닐포스페이트임을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트이 제조방법.
