  1. 복수개의 2차원형상으로 배치된 광전변환소자와, 이 복수개의 소자를 선택적으로 억세스하기 위한 회로와 실질적인 억세스 범위를 가변하는 회로를 구비해서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 고체 촬상장치.
