Claims (7)
- 소판-형 기질을 산화철을 함유한 층으로 피복된 소판-형 착색 안료에 있어서, 층이 산화철(II)을 함유하고 충전된 광택층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 산화철(II)이 2가, 3가 또는 4가 금속의 산화물과의 혼합 산화물로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,층의 두께에 따라 얇은 소판의 간섭색을 나타낼 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,산화철을 함유하는 층내의 일차 입자의 크기는 본질적으로 0.3㎛를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서,산화철을 함유하는 층내의 일차 입자는, 인접한 입자간의 거리가 대체로 이들의 직경보다도 더 작도록 치밀하게 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료.
- 산화철을 함유하는 소판-형 착색안료의 제조방법에 있어서, 얇은 소판의 간섭색을 나타낼 수 있는 광택층을 형성할 수 있도록,철(II)염 용액 및 산화제의 용액을 동시에 광범위한 항온과 광범위한 일정 pH에서 소판-형 기질의 수성 현탁액에 가하고, 안료를 분리해내고, 필요에 따라 세정 및 건조하거나, 또는 Fe203의 평활성 및 균질성을 가진 층으로 코팅한 소판-형 기질을 100°C 이상의 온도에서 환원성 대기에 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소판-형 착색안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 따른 소판-형 안료를 락카, 도료, 플라스틱 또는 화장품의 착색에 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
