Claims (6)

  1. 다음 사항으로 구성되는 클러치의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
    축방향으로 바깥방향의 조작력을 미치게 하는 조작기구를 릴리즈 베아링에 연결하고, 릴리즈 베아링의 내측레이스에 축방향 내측으로 늘어나는 원통형 연장부를 마련한 것과,
    연장부 주위에 마련한 원통형 웨지콜러와,
    클러치의 다이어프램 스프링에 연결한 레버플레이트를 웨지콜러의 주위에 소정의 축방향 구간에 대하여 이동가능하고, 웨지콜러의 축방향 외측부분과 레버플레이트의 축방향 내측부분으로 다이어프램 스프링의 반대측에 위치한 반경방향으로 바깥방향 돌부를 마련하는 것과,
    상기 웨지콜러에 상기 원통형 연장부에 축방향 이동불능으로 끼워맞추는 끼워맞춤부와 플레이트의 축방향 내측으로부터 레버플레이트에 축방향으로 걸어맞추는 걸어맞춤부를 마련하는 것과, 반경방향으로 탄성 변형할 수 있는 부분을 마련하고, 탄성변형부의 반경방향으로 바깥방향의 탄성변형에 의해 끼워맞춤부가 끼워맞춤부 아닌 곳까지 이동하고,
    상기 탄성부의 반경방향으로 안쪽방향의 탄성변형에 의해 걸어맞춤부가 걸어맞춤 위치가 아닌 곳까지 이동하는 것과,
    상기 내측레이스 연장부가 끼워맞춤부와 끼워맞춤한 상태에서 웨지콜라의 반경방향으로 안쪽방향의 변형을 저지하는 것과,
    상기 레버플레이트가 상기 이동가능한 구간의 축방향 내측의 위치에서 웨지콜러의 반경방향으로 바깥방향의 변형을 저지하고 축방향 외측의 위치에서 웨지클러이 반경방향으로 바깥방향의 변형을 허용하는 것.
  2. 웨지콜러의 반경방향으로 안쪽방향의 돌출부에 의해 상기 끼워맞춤부를 형성하고, 내측레이스의 상기 연장부의 바깥둘레에 그르우브를 형성하여 끼워맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
  3. 웨지콜러의 축방향 내측의 끝부분에 테이퍼형 확장부를 형성하고, 그 확장부의 작은 지름의 부분주위에 스냅링을 끼워맞추고, 상기 확장부와 스냅링에 의해 상기 걸어맞춤부를 형성하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
  4. 웨지콜러의 축방향 내측의 끝근처의 부분주위에 스냅링을 장착하고, 그 스냅링에 의해 상기 걸어맞춤부를 형성하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
  5. 연결부재에 의해 상기 레버플레이트와 다이어프램 스프링에 대하여 축방향 이동불능으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
  6. 상기 연결부재가 다이어프램 스프링의 레이디얼스릿을 통과하여, 레베플레이트의 상기 돌부와 다이어프램 스프링을 연결하는 서포트 플레이트로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항의 릴리즈 베아링기구.
