Claims (19)

  1. 열희석법에 의하여 심박출량을 측정하기 위한 액체의 토출을 행하는 개구부와 이 개구부로부터 소정길이 이간한 위치에 배설된 온도 검축소자를 포함하고 상기 액체에 희석된 혈액온도를 검출하는 온도 검출수단과 상기 온도 검출 소자 근방의 혈액유속에 관련한 신호를 검출하는 혈액 유속신호 검출 수단을 갖는 심박 출량 측정용 카테테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혈액 유속 신호 검출수단은 자기 발열형 더어미스터를 포함하고, 상기 혈액 유속에 관련한 신호는 이 더어미스터가 검출한 열평형 온도임을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혈액 유속 신호 검출수단은 혈액중에 열을 공급하는 발열체와 이 발열체 근방에 형성되고, 이 발열체에 가열되는 더어미스터를 포함하고, 상기 혈액유속에 관련한 신호는 이 더어미스터가 검출한 열평형온도임을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 0.01∼50주울의 발열량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 더어미스터는 상기 온도 검출소자로부터 5∼25mm 이간하여 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 더어미스터는 상기 온도 검출소자로부터 5∼25mm 이간하여 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 검출소자는 상기 개구부로부터 카테테르의 선단측에 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 검출소자는 상기 개구부로부터 카테테르의 기단측에 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 온도 검출소자는 상기 더어미스터부터 카테테르의 선단축에 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 온도 검출소자는 상기 더어미스터부터 카테테르의 선단축에 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카테테르의 내부는 적어도 2개의 독립한 내강으로 분할되고, 한쪽의 내강은 상기 개구부와 연통해 있고, 다른쪽의 내강은 상기 카테테르의 선단부분에서 폐색되고, 그 내강내부에 상기온도 검출소자의 리이드선과 상기 더어미스터의 리이드선과를 통해 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 카테테르의 내부는 적어도 2개의 독립한 내강으로 분할되고, 한쪽의 내강은 상기 개구부와 연통해있고, 다른쪽의 내강은 상기 카테테르의 선단 부분에서 폐색되고, 그 내강내부에는 상기 온도 검출소자의 리이드선과 상기 더어미스터의 리이드선과를 통해 있음을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 압력의 검출에 사용되는 압력구를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  14. 희석법에 의하여 심박출량을 측정하기 위한 지시액체의 토출을 행하는 계구부와 혈액유속에 관련한 신호를 검출하는 혈액유속신호검출수단을 갖는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 희석법은 색소 희석법으로서 상기 개구부로부터 토출되는 지시액체는 소정 색소를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 심박출량측정용 카테테르.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 희석법은 저항치 희석법으로서, 상기 개구부로부터 토출되는 지시액체는 소정의 전해매질을 포함하며 또한, 상기 개구부의 하류에 혈액중의 저항치를 검출하는 2개의 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 심박출량 측정용 카테테르.
  17. 혈액중의 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출소자와 이 온도 검출소자의 근방에 형성되고, 이 온도 검출소자를 가열하는 발열체와를 갖고, 상기 온도 검출소자는 이 소자가 전기 발열체로부터 가해지는 열량과 혈액에 빼앗기는 열량과의 평형온도를 검출함을 특징으로 하는 혈액유속측정용 카테테르.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 온도 검출소자는 상기 발열체를 포함한 자기 발열형 더어미스터임을 특징으로 하는 혈액유속측정용 카테테르.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 0.01∼50주울의 발열량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액유속측정용 카테테르.
