Claims (8)
- 평균 입경이 0.03 내지 0.1㎛이고, BET 비표면적이 55 내지 80㎡/g이며, 항자력이 300 내지 1500 Oe이고, 10 KOe의 자장에서 자화가 57emu/g 이상이며 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내지는 표면위에 아연의 고용체를 는 판상 바륨페라이트 입자:BaO·n[Fe1-x-yCoxTiy)2O3-x+y]………………………………(Ⅰ)상기식에서,X 및 Y는 독립적으로 0.02 내지 0.12이고,n은 4 내지 11이며;Co대 Fe(Ⅲ)의 원자비가 0.02 : 1 내지 0.13 : 1이고,Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비가 0 내지 0.8임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연 고용체의 양이 0.2 내지 5.0중량%인 판상 바륨페라이트 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Co 대 Fe(Ⅲ)의 원자비가 0.04:1 내지 0.10:1이며, Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비가 0.1 내지 0.7인 판상 바륨페라이트 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자화가 60emu/g 이상인 판상 바륨페라이트 입자.
- 수성 알카리 현탁액에 있어서 Co 대 Fe(Ⅲ)의 원자비가 0.02:1 내지 0.13:1이며 Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비가 0 내지 0.8인 Co(Ⅱ), Ti(Ⅳ) 및 Ba이온을 함유하는 수산화철(Ⅲ)의 수성 알카리 현탁액을 120 내지 330℃에서 오토클레이빙하고,Co 및 Ti를 함유하는 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자의 표면에 아연수산화물을 용착시키기 위해 pH4.0 내지 12.0의 아연 함유 수용액에 상기에서 얻어진 Co 및 Ti 함유 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자를 현탁한후, 표면에 수산화아연으로 용착된 Co 및 Ti 함유 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자를 여과 및 건조한 다음,얻어진 입자를 600 내지 900℃에서 베이킹하여 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자의 표면에 아연 고용체를 형성하는 단계로 구성되고, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내지는 아연 고용체를 표면위에 갖는 판상 바륨 페라이트 입자의 제조방법:BaO·n[Fe1-x-yCoxTiy)2O3-x+y]상기식에서,X 및 Y는 독립적으로 0.02 내지 0.12이고,n은 4 내지 11이며;Co 대 Fe(Ⅲ)의 원자비가 0.02 : 1 내지 0.13 : 1이고, Co에 대한 Ti의 몰비가 0 내지 0.8임.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 아연 함유 수용액이 염화아연, 브롬화아연, 질화아연, 황화아연 및 식초산아연으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 함유하는 수용액인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 아연함유 수용액의 pH가 8 내지 10인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 베이킹되는 온도가 700 내지 850℃인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
