Claims (17)

  1. 골격구조의 폴리에스테르 중합체 : 및 골격구조의 폴리에스테르의 분자중 적어도 몇부분의 말단이 보호되어 있는 한가지 형태 이상의 치환체를 함유하며 또한 치환체가 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜모노에테르 그룹으로 구성되어 있는 것을 포함하는 하나 이상의 섬유형성 폴리에스테르 공중합체로 되어 있는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
    상기 식에서, R1은 활성수소원자가 없는 일가유기기이며 R2는 알킬렌기이며 또한 n은 2 또는 그 이상의 양의정수이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 골격구조의 폴리에스테르 중합체가 디카르복실산 성분과 알킬 글리콜성분의 중합 생성물로부터 유도되며 또한 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜 모노에테르그룹이 디카르복실산 성분의 몰량으로 기준하여 0.01 내지 4.0몰 %의 양인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ) 중 R1로 나타낸 일가유기기가 알킬기, 아릴기 및 활성수소원자가 없는 알킬아릴기로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ) 중 R2로 나타낸 알킬렌기가 2 내지 4개 탄소원자를 갖는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 식(Ⅰ) 중 n이 20 내지 140의 정수인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜 모노에테르가 폴리리옥시에틸렌글리콜 모노에틸에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜모노페닐에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜 모노옥틸페닐에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜모노닐페닐에테르, 플로옥시에틸렌글리콜모노세틸에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜모노페닐에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜모노옥틸페닐에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜모노닐페닐에테르, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜모노아세틸페닐에테르, 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌글리콜모노메틸에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜-폴리옥시프로필글리콜 공중합체의 모노메틸에틸에테르로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌글리콜모노에테르 그룹이 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5내지 10중량%인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유가(100)평면에 50 내지 100Å의 결정크기와 (010)평면에 65 내지 170Å의 결정크기, 0.15 또는 그 이상의 복굴절도, 40% 또는 그 이하의 최대신도 및 인장강도 4g/l를 갖는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유가 섬유형성 폴리에스테르공중합체 이외에 유기폴리실록산, 유기술폰산의 4급 오니움염, 폴리에스테르 공중합체와 반응하지 않는 유기술폰산의 금속염으로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택된 한가지 이상의 구성원으로 구성되어 있는 부가물을 함유하는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 유기폴리실록산이 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.001 중량% 또는 그 이상인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서, 유기술폰산의 4급 오니윰염이 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 2.0 중량% 인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 유기술폰산의 금속염이 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 2.0중량%인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유가 친수성 수지물질로 피복되는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 친수성 수지물질이 한가지 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리에스테르블럭 공중합체로 구성되어 있는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  15. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유가 섬유형성 폴리에스테르 공중합체 이외에 한가지 이상의 다음 식(Ⅳ)의 스틸벤화합물로 구성되어 있는 형광백색제를 함유하는 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
    상기 식에서, R12및 R13은 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기 및 아릴기로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 구성원이며, 또한 c 및 d는 각각 1 내지 2의 정수이다.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 스틸벤화합물이 4,4′-비스(벤조옥사졸일)스틸벤인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, 골격구조 폴리에스테르 중합체가 주성분으로써 테레프탈산 또는 이의 무수물과 2 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 알킬렌글리콜을 함유하는 글리콜 성분과를 포함하는 방향족 디카르복실 성분의 중합생성물인 방오염성 폴리에스테르섬유.
