Claims (9)

  1. 상응하는 금속이온 또는 혼합금속 및 암모늄이온과 α-하이드록시 카복실산과의 착화합물인 상응하는 유기 화합물의 금속염을 계면활성제의 존재하에서 산화조건하에 상승온도에서 분해시킴으로써, 모든 공간 방향으로 거의 동일한 치수를 갖는 헥사 아철산염 안료를 함유하는 다음 조성식의 미세한 자기 헥사아철산염안료를 제조하는 방법.
    Mx(Ⅰ)My(Ⅱ)Mz(Ⅲ)Fe12-(y+z)O19
    상기식에서 x는 0 내지 1.2이고, y+z는 0 내지 2이며, x+y+z는 1이상이고, M(Ⅰ)은 Ca, Sr, Ba, Pb, Eu 또는 RE(이는 La, Y 또는 기타 희토류 금속의 3가 양이온이다)와 Na, K, Rb, Cs, Tl 및 Tg중에서 선택된 1가 양이온들과의 배합물이며, M(Ⅱ)는 Fe(Ⅱ), Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd 또는 Mg이고, M(Ⅲ)는 Ti, Zr, Hf, Ga, Sn, Ge, In, Nb, Ta, V, Sb, As, Bi, Al 또는 Cr(Ⅲ)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속염의 조성식이 NH4(MenAnm]×PH2O이고, An이 α-고이하이드록시 카복실산의 음이온이며, Me가 예정된 바람직한 조성의 헥사아철산염 안료의 경우 필요한 금속이온을 나타내고, Me가 Fe일 경우 n가 0.21 내지 0.5이며, An이 C6H4O7일 경우 m이 0.27 내지 0.43이고 p가 0.04 내지 1.5인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, α-하이드록시 카복실산이 시트르산인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 화합물의 금속염을 계면활성제의 존재하에서 80 내지 180℃하에 반응시켜 유리상 전구체 화합물을 생성시킨 후, 이를 열분해시켜 상응하는 헥사아철산염안료를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응 생성물을 열분해시킨후 산으로 처리하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 산이 아세트산인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안료입자의 두께에 대한 직경의 비가 0.6 내지 1.5인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 입자의 두께에 대한 직경의 비가 0.8 내지 1.3인 방법.
  9. 자기 안료입자로서 제1항에 따른 헥사아철산염 안료를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 자기 충격 기록용 복합제품.
