Claims (3)

  1. α상형질화규소와 β상형질화규소가 혼재되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소세라믹소결체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, α형 질화규소는 그 함량비가 5 내지 15중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 것.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 질화규소세라믹 소결체는 베어링 부품으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 것.
