Claims (2)

  1. 질화규소와 소결조제를 포함한 질화규소 세라믹스 소결체에 있어서, 희토류 원소의 산화물 10중량% 이하 (단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 Hf, Ts 또는 Nb의 산화물, 탄화물 또는 규화물의 군에서 선택한 것중 최소한 하나를 각각 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 나머지는 질화규소로된 세라믹스 혼합물을 소성해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 규소 세라믹스 소결체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 원소의 산화물 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 Hf, Ta 또는 Nb,의 산화물, 탄화물 또는 규화물의 군에서 선택한 것중 최소한 하나를 각각 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 질화알루미늄 10중량% 이하(단 0은 포함하지 않음)와 나머지는 질화규소로 된 세라믹스 혼합물을 소정해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 질화 규소 세라믹스 소결체.
