Claims (1)
- 질화 규소 계 세라믹 소결체의 표면에 금속 화합물 피막을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 질화규소계 세라믹 소결체의 표면에 티탄 또는 지르코늄 또는 이것들을 포함한 물질을 접촉시켜 비산화성 분위기속에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 화합물의 피막 형성방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
