Claims (11)

  1. 접점재료의 몸체 표면을 구성하는 전기 접점을 포함하는 장치에 있어서, 접점재료는 무질서 결정성 조직이고, 상당량의 니켈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접점재료는 이온충격에 의해 발생된 무질서 결정성 조직인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 접점재료는 붕소, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 인, 비소, 안티몬 및 비스무스에서 선택한 첨가원소중 적어도 한가지와 니켈을 포함하며, 상기 적어도 한가지의 첨가원소는 니켈과 상기 적어도 한가지의 첨가원소의 조합량의 1 내지 40원자% 범위의 양으로 접점 재료에 존재하고, 상기 조합량은 접점 재료의 70원자% 이상 또는 그와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 무질서 결정성 조직은 접점재료가 산화 분위기에 노출시에 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 조합에서 황, 셀레늄 및 텔루르의 존재량은 접점 재료에 0.5원자% 이하로 제한된 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  6. 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 표면의 접점저항은 100밀리오옴 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  7. 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 접점재료의 몸체는 기판상에 부착된 층의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 접점재료는 코발트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한가지의 첨가원소는 붕소 또는 인 또는 비소인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한가지의 첨가원소는 실리콘 또는 게르마늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 한가지의 첨가원소는 안티몬 또는 비스무스인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈기본 전기접점.
