제 1 도는 단일 상부 피복을 지닌 본 발명의 폐쇄-렌즈 역반사 시이트의 단면을 확대한 것이며,
제 2 도는 이중 층 상부 피복을 지닌 본 발명의 캡슐화-렌즈 역반사 시이트의 단면을 확대한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 상부 피복이 히드록시-작용성 아크릴릭 폴리올, 및 폴리올에 대한 경화제로서 작용하는 지방족 디-작용성 이소시아네이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편평한 투명성의 상부 피복을 지닌 역반사 시이트
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상시 이소시아네이트는 폴리올 1당량당 0.5내지 1.5당량으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올의 유효 Tg는 -20℃내지 30℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  4. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리올의 유효 당량 중량은 350내지 2500인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트는 뷰렛으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 뷰렛은 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 인것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 폴리올과 혼합될때의 상기 뷰렛의 당량 중량은 260이하인것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트는 이소시아누레이트트리머로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 다-작용성 이소시아네이트는 수소원자-유리탄소원자에 결합된 방향족 링을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  10. 상부 피복은 이중 층으로서, 외부층은 상기 제 1 항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에서 정의된 바의 혼합물로 부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 2층 중 외부층은 우수한 용매-저항성, 마멸-저항성 및 풍화-저항성을 제공하며, 내부층은 좀더 부드러워 좀더 우수한 정합성의 시이트를 제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내부층은 히드록시-작용성 아크릴릭 폴리올 및 지방족 다-작용성 이소시아네이트의 혼합물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 외부층을 제조하는데 유용한 히드록시-작용성 아크릴릭 폴리올은 약 0℃내지 30℃의 Tg를 가지며, 내부층을 제조하는데 유용한 히드록시-작용성 아크릴릭 폴리올은 약 -20℃내지 0℃의 Tg를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트
