Claims (14)

  1. 섬유강화, 이 섬유강화 주변의 제1열가소성 중합체, 그리고 상기한 섬유강화 및 상기한 열가소성 중합체 사이에 개입된 제2열가소성 중합체로 구성되고; 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체는 상기 한 제1열가소성 중합체와 서로 다르고 양립성이며, 상기한 섬유강화를 습윤시킬 수 있는 섬유강화 열가소성 복합재질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 저점도 중합체 또는 극성이 상기한 제1열가소성 중합체의 그것보다 더 큰 중합체로부터 선택되는 북합재질.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 반응성 극성부(polar site)를 함유하는 복합재질.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 그라프팅(grafting) 또는 시퀜싱(sequencing)에 의하여 변형된 중합체로부터 선택되는 변형된 중합체인 복합재질.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체의 용융점도(+40℃의)가 규격 ASTM D 1238에 따라 2.16kg 압력하 230℃에서 용융지수 20인 폴리프로필렌의 그것 이하인 복합재질.
  6. 제1,2,3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 케톤, 알데히드, 산, 에스테르, 시아노 또는 아민형의 극성부를 제공하는 화합물로 변형된 중합체인 복합재질.
  7. 제1,2,3,4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 변형된 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 이들의 공중합체이고; 상기한 변형은 말레산무수물, 아크릴산 또는 비닐아세테이트로 그라프팅 함으로써 실시되는 복합재질.
  8. 섬유강화 열가소성 중합체 복합재질의 제조방법으로서, 제2열가소성 중합체로 상기한 섬유강화를 습윤시키고, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체상에 제1열가소성 중합체를 입히고, 이렇게 생성된 조립체를 열숙성시켜서 단일 복합체를 형성하는 것으로 구성되고; 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체는 상기한 제1열가소성 중합체와 서로 다르고 양립성이며, 상기한 섬유강를 습윤시킬 수 있는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 섬유 강화가 광물성 섬유이고 상기한 열가소성 중합체로 하는 습윤이 열피복(hot-coating)에 의하여 실시되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 광물성 섬유가 유리섬유이고, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체가 필름 또는 판상인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체의 필름 또는 판이 상기한 제1열가소성 중합체의 외층을 내포하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 제2열사소성 중합체의 유체분산 또는 용액으로 상기한 섬유 강화를 처리함으로써 상기한 섬유 강화의 습윤이 실시되는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 분말형인 상기한 제2열가소성 중합체를 함침시킴으로써, 상기한 섬유강화의 습윤이 실시되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 분말의 평균입경이 약 400미크론 미만인 방법.
