Claims (10)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 메틸화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 구조식(Ⅰ)의 라니티딘을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸그룹인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 메틸화제가 메틸할라이드, 디메틸설페이트 또는 메틸 설폰산 에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 염기의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산나트륨, 탄산 칼륨, 중탄산나트륨, 중탄산칼륨, 피리딘 또는 트리에틸아민인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 알칼리금속 메틸설피닐 메티드염의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 메틸설피닐메티드염이 동일반응계 내에서 알칼리금속 수화물 및 디메틸 설폭사이드로 부터 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 0 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
