Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 메틸화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 구조식(Ⅰ)의 라니티딘을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸그룹인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 메틸화제가 메틸할라이드, 디메틸설페이트 또는 메틸 설폰산 에스테르인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 염기의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염기가 탄산나트륨, 탄산 칼륨, 중탄산나트륨, 중탄산칼륨, 피리딘 또는 트리에틸아민인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 알칼리금속 메틸설피닐 메티드염의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 메틸설피닐메티드염이 동일반응계 내에서 알칼리금속 수화물 및 디메틸 설폭사이드로 부터 제조되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 0 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅰ)의 푸란 유도체를 계속해서 산 부가염으로 전환시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 산 부가염이 염산염인 방법.
