11:내화벽돌, 12:장변, 13:횡단아암, 14:중심개구, 16:단부개구, 17:제3연로, 18:간격, 19:제1층, 21:제2층, 22:제3층, 23:절단형 벽돌.

Claims (6)

  1. 개개 내화 벽돌 형태의 수직높이에 의해 형성되는 수평층으로 분할된 구조의 저부에서 상부까지 연장하나, 상호 연결된 종방향의 연도를 형성하도록 개개내화 벽돌형태로 이루어진 열교환 구조물에 있어서 (1) 엇갈리는 층들에서는 4개의 연속으로 인접한 연도 각각에 대해 열린 개구가 있고, 개구가 있는 층들의 중간층에서는 어떠한 다른 연도와 연결되지 않는 제1형 연도, (2) 엇갈리는 층들에서 연속으로 인접한 두개의 대향연도에 대해 열린 개구를 가지고 있고, 중간층에서 연속으로 인접한 또다른 두개의 대향 연도와 통한 개구를 가진 제2형연도의 최소한 2개의 서로 다른 형태의 연도를 가진 열교환기 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 선형으로 정렬한 연도형성 개구와 벽돌의 내화재료에 의해 3변이 둘러싸인 두개의 단부 개구 및 벽돌의 내화 재료에 의해 4변이 둘러싸인 중간 개구가 있는 직사각형 내화 벽돌로 축조된 열교환 구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 연도 형성개구는 하변이 10 내지 16.5센티메터(4-6.5인치)의 연도를 형성하는 크기인 열교환 구조물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 연도 형성개구를 둘러싼 내화벽의 두께는 2.5 내지 5센티메터(1 내지 2인치)인 열교환 구조물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 연도 형성 개구를 둘러싼 내화벽의 두께는 2.5 내지 5센티메터(1 내지 2인치)인 열교환 구조물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 두가지 형태의 연도 사이의 개구는 단일층의 상부에서 저부까지 연장하며 최소한 폭이 2.5센티메터(1인치)인 열교환 구조물.
