Bricks, special shapes of.-Relates to bricks of the type described in Specification 436/06, for constructing the chequerwork of regenerators for furnaces and of carburetting-chambers in gas plant. The alternate pedestals A and recesses B are made of equal length, the pedestals being square, and the recesses are carried up to a fine edge with or without curvature. To enable the structure to be built up with broken joints, such bricks are also formed with terminal half-pedestals and halfrecesses A<1>.
