Claims (4)
- 형상 제어 수단을 가진 연속 압연기에 있어서, 판의 두께, 판의 폭, 압연 하중등의 압연 조건을 입력하느 수단과, 판 크라운 및 평탄도 모델의 모델 파라메타를 산출하는 수단과, 최대판 크라운 비율 및 최소판 크라운 비율을 산출하는 수단과, 목표판 크라운 비율을 결정하는 수단과, 형상제어 조작량의 설정치를 결정하는 수단을 구비한 형상 제어 조작량 설정치의 결정장치.
- 목표판 크라운 비율을 결정하는 수단은, 일정판크라운 비율이 어느 스탠드에서 가능한가를 판정하기 위한 키이 스탠드 번호를 산출하는 수단, 이 판정결과에 의해 일정판 크라운 비율을 산출하는 수단과, 판크라운 비율 수정 계수를 산출하는 수단과, 완성품 목표판 크라운 비율을 변경하는 수단의 어느것인가를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항기재의 형상 제어 조작량 설정치의 결정 장치.
- 연속 압연기를 다 패스 압연기, 스탠드를 패스로하여, 다 패스 압연기의 형상 제어 조작량을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재의 형상 제어 조작량 설정치의 결정장치.
