Claims (2)
- 다음 일반식BaFe12-2XMXTiXO19(상기 식에서 X는 0-1.2, M은 Co(Ⅱ) 또는 Co(Ⅲ) 및 Co(Ⅱ) 이외의 2가 금속이온을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 판상입자로 이루어지며, 상기 판상입자의 표면이 일반식 FeOy· Fe2O3(y는 0 이상 1 이하)로 표시되는 자철광으로 변화되고, 자기장 10KOe에서 40emu/g 이상의 자화(M), 300 내지 1000Oe의 보자력 및 0.05 내지 0.3μm의 평균입자직정을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 판상 아철산 바륨입자.
- 다음 일반식BaFe12-2XMXTiXO19(상기 식에서 X는 0-12, M은 Co(Ⅱ) 또는 Co(Ⅱ) 및 Co(Ⅱ) 이외의 다른 2가 금속이온을 나타낸다)로 표시되는 판상입자를 상기 판상입자의 총 Fe(Ⅲ)에 대한 Fe(Ⅱ) 50원자% 이하를 포함하는 Fe(OH)2의 수성알카리 (pH 8.0 내지 14) 현타액과 혼합하고, 비-산화성 분위기에서 50 내지 100℃의 온도로 제조된 수성 혼합물을 열적으로 처리하므로써, BaFe12-2XMXTiXO19(X와 M은 상기와 같음)의 상기 판상입자의 표면이 FeOy · Fe2O3(y는 0 이상 1 이하)으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기기록에 사용하기 위한 판상입자를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
